2 days ago New Take out | Other | CA$1–10 The supervisor got the order wrong, and then talked in in appropriate way with no respect, i didnt like it at all, and i asked her to cool down its just few dollars, she kept talking in aggressive attitude i wish there is a way for complains but here, i tried to contact support and file a complain all systems doesnt work, i dont think i would like to go this branch again, horrible experience trying making sense with the crew for just a few dollars
Here is my reply- I was there during this incident. This guy is lying here. The exact scenario was, this gentleman ordered on the speakers ( half dozen donuts). He choose his donuts, then he came to the window and said i want different kind and he got his donuts changed. After 2 minutes he came inside. i was ordering there too. He said, I got wrong donuts, i wanna change them and the lady on counter she immediately gave him another box of donuts and he choose his donuts third time as per his choice by looking at the showcase. Topic is not stopped here. He came 4th time and complaining to employees about the donuts. This is the time girl call her supervisor to assist this customer. She said this is the 4th time you came here. She was not shouting. She told him “ we can’t put these donuts back in our showcase i have to dump these donuts and they already dumb almost dozen donuts, and she was not wrong here. She said, If you want i can give you new box of donuts as per your choice. He was shouting and said, you gave me the wrong donuts i had not choose these, you guys don’t know the customer service. I was like, he was here 2 minutes before choosing his donuts and the girl who was picking his donuts also showed him his box and he said yes i want these. This is not the end yet , he left aggressively and then he came back after 5 minutes for his refund and he got his refund immediately without any argument by the supervisor. I write this comment because i visit this place from so long and i know the employees. That guy was dying for few dollars. That guy was suck. Read moreI had an extremely disappointing experience at this Tim Hortons location on January 26th at 6:45 PM while going through the drive-through. Initially, I placed my order for one item and was discussing with the person in the car about what else to order. The employee at the speaker rudely shouted, "Anything else?" I politely asked for a second to decide, and they responded with, "You have to say that." Their tone was very rude and mannerless.
When we approached the window, it took over 15 minutes for anyone to assist us—even though there was no one behind us in line, and we only ordered tea. When I asked who was speaking to me so rudely, the girl responsible did not come to the window. Instead, a male employee came to defend her, claiming they were understaffed with only two people working. However, there was no excuse for the unprofessional behavior we experienced. Both employees started arguing with us, saying we lacked manners and even closed the window without giving us our order.
Frustrated, we went inside to speak to them directly. When we asked for their names to leave a review, they outright refused to provide them and walked away. This is highly unprofessional and reflects poorly on the brand.
For reference, the male employee was wearing a turban and appeared to be unwell, while the female employee, who was shouting and rude, also appeared to be of Punjabi origin.

Read moreI just went to the drive-thru and ordered a medium tea with one cream. I drove away with a medium coffee with one cream. I came back immediately and asked for it to be fixed. I got a medium tea with one milk. Don't anyone try to tell me that milk and cream are the they are NOT. And by the time I noticed tha, I was gone too far away and I wasn't going back again. This is not the first time this Tim Hortons has made mistakes with my order. I'm sure I'm not the only one. One day I ordered a bacon and cheese sandwich and I got a cheese sandwich and of course, I was gone too far to fix it,by the time I opened it. So yes, I paid almost 8 bucks for cheese and bread. Management needs to deal with the people working there, especially in the evenings. The morning crews seem to be fine (so far), however I will not return regardless of the time of day. We all (Tims included) work very very hard for our money. I will continue going to Tim Hortons in a different location, but I will be telling absolutely everyone about this particular location. Some people make one mistake and that's okay but when they make two in a row with the same customer within 10 minutes, I think they need to look into another line of work. That's just my $2.17 worth.
