Worst customer servie ever. Super rude staff, they'll tell you to F off if they need to and won't sell you food. They're always out of eggs or bagels and won't let customers know untill you get to cash after waiting approx 15min in line. They'll pressure you to decide faster or they'll skip you. Of course this Tims run by ARAMARK have no idea of customer service at all. Honestly, there are people out there looking for a job that will do it better than the actual staff.
I come back 4 months later after summer vacation and SUPRISE! Same SLOW, RUDE, INEFFICIENT staff. First time after FIVE months, had to wait approx 10mins in line to order. The worst part, there were ONLY 3 customers in front of me and 5 Tim's staff behind the counter (two of them trying to make an ice capp, another one "cleaning", a fourth one laughing doing NOTHING literally NOTHING and the last staff just walking the bread in and out of the kitchen. That's F*ing ridiculous! Of course there's no menu up so I had to ask several times to decide what I wanted and not surprised with the staff they got mad at me for asking so many times. Then, the lady that was preparing my order messed up and made something different and wanted me to take what she made and not what I asked for. This place is so bad that professors at SMU tell you not to go there beacause you are going to miss the whole class. Like bad experiences keep happening and everything is the same, even the staff. ARAMARK sucks, they control the food situation at the University, literally a MONOPOLY. Good thing we are more students that will ask for a change and we'll make sure Aramark won't be at SMU soon.
