The staff working drive thru in the morning is great! This is not about them. I went through on Friday at 3:36pm and I got 2 bagels and a muffin and 3 drinks. The girl at the window was rudest I have ever had. I come to this time hortons every day since I live around the corner, and I hate it there after the morning staff leave. My bagels were burnt and when I told the girl they were burnt she rolled her eyes and said that's how they come,if I don't like it then don't order one. Then, when I asked for her name to speak with her manager, she told me there name are confidential and then slammed the window shut on me. I refused to leave the window, and Isaiah came over and spoke with me, and he was wonderful. There was no manager on and when I tried to call the store they wouldn't answer the phone, when they did answer the phone after I called 4 times they just hung it up and didn't actually say anything. These girls need an attitude check, and if they feel they are better than anyone, then they shouldn't be working at tims. By far, it is the worst customer service ever. Stuck up, snotty, rude and completely disrespectful. Thank God they have good staff on in the morning (Brooklyn is the best part of the morning coffee run. She is friendly and bubbley and makes mornings great)cause that's what's saving this restaurant. All these new younger girls that keep getting hired are EXTREMELY rude and not worth the time to wait 20mins for cold coffee...
Read moreWorst experience ever. I will usually never write a review online for any business operation but some people have made a mockery of the food industry. Placed a mobile order at 5 AM for breakfast meal, and was asked to wait for 30 minutes because their baker hasn’t come in yet. Obviously I am getting late for work, so I asked to get a refund and was told that their manager has just went across the street and is coming back. Waited for 5 minutes but no sign of anyone coming to assist. Person at the window Himanshu told me that next manager will come at 5:30 and she can refund my money back. I can bet this person was probably high or drunk because the words coming out of his mouth doesn’t make sense at all. He just asked me to wait for 30 minutes to either get my food or my refund, and it didn’t even sound odd to him at all. This was supposed to be quick service food chain and here their employee is asking me to wait for exact 30 mins. I left the store without food and without my money. If someone from the store is reading this review, u owe me money or atleast my breakfast meal (Order No: 9600, Date: January 15, 2023).
Later on, I spoke to their Supervisor Vanshika, and she told me same thing, they can’t do anything. Regarding my refund, she wants me to come back to the store but I live 9 kms away.
Safe to say I got robbed my Tim Hortons.
Worst experience ever. Hopefully this reaches to...
Read moreWe usually go to Tim Hortons around 4 AM every day on our way to work and have never had any issues. Most of the time, an older lady (I don’t know her name) is there, and she is great! She always serves fresh coffee and tea, and we’ve never had a problem with her.
However, this morning around 10 AM, I ordered two egg and cheese Farmer’s Wraps with extra eggs. I didn’t check them at the store and just came home, only to find that the wraps were not grilled. They never mentioned that the grill machine wasn’t working, but that wasn’t a big deal—we grilled them at home.
The real issue was when my buddy took a bite and found sausage in the wrap. He doesn’t eat sausage due to his religious beliefs. We drove back to the drive-thru, and they gave us new wraps. At the window, I asked about the extra eggs, and the guy at the window checked with the back. They confirmed the order, but once again, the wraps were incorrect—there were no extra eggs in them.
So, we had to go through the drive-thru a third time and ended up getting a refund.
That’s my rant...
