Extremely unpleasant, unprofessional and disrespectful experience. Embarrassing for a Macdonalds.
I ordered several items and paid over 30 dollars. The female employee working at the 2nd window that took my order, handed me my drinks and also handed me my food outside, while I was waiting out front for my food. Was very rude and unreasonably full of attitude. (Which all started because I corrected her about them having a sauce on their menu, because it is included on what I ordered. When she had said they don't have that sauce.) A manager was somewhat involved as well. And yes they do have the sauce, it was on what I ordered, when they gave me my food..
She also messed up the order on her own as well by mixing special options that were supposed to be on seperate burgers, which I clearly stated. Making 1 burger no one wanted. And missing ordering a burger entirely. She also gave me the food with attitude.
I tried to resolve the issue by suggesting they fix the one burger they put everything onto one by accident. And then I pay for the other burger that was not ordered.
Nothing ended up getting fixed or corrected. So I just left. Having paid for a burger I didn't want and missing a burger entirely.
This is Macdonalds.... this experience shouldn't happen here. Ever. Macdonalds is a place where they say yes and correct their mistakes. This was not handled professionally or appropriately.
Very embarrassing for such a highly reputable franchise.

Ā Ā Ā Read moreWent threw drive thru today today 9/6/25 @ 5:37pm what a horrible experience first off the communication between me and the order taker absolutely not acceptable i am not trying to be rude or disrespectful she could not understand what I was asking for nor could I understand what she was saying to me we eventually figured it out or so I thought I asked for a double quater pounder with cheese combo large fries no salt large coke zero an apple pie and 2 bbq sauses first I was asked to park as they were waiting on fries ok that I understand no issues it takes time to cook new fries I get the food open the burger it's a single I head back to drive thru let them know what happened they are telling me I have to come into the store I said no thank you I went to drive thru for a reason I have back issues still insisting I have to come in so I just proceeded to the second window told them I just need my sandwich corrected to a double takes the sandwich from me asks me to park again I declined as I told her I did that once and this is a simple correction they slap another patty on top and hand me the exact same box so its missing a slice of cheese and that's food contamination anything a customer hands back should be thrown out not reintroduced into the kitchen so gross what a bad experience hopefully someone talks to the staff...

We placed an order online but picked the wrong pick up option. The lady told us to pull around front and that sheād get us our order. All the spots had crates placed in front of them so we had nowhere to park. We opted to wait out front so she knew who to give the order to.
A gentleman in a red Spider-Man sweater came up to our car and asked why we were there and we told him our situation. He rudely told us that we couldnāt wait there and told us to park elsewhere. We informed him that the lady told us to wait out front as they were going to bring it out to us. As this was going on the lady came out and gave us our meal as the man started to scold her.
Iām not sure where else this man would have liked us to park as they blocked off their online order pickup spots. This to me seemed highly unprofessional as the lady was super helpful, kind, and was doing her best to accommodate for the situation. Behaviour like this suggests a hostile work environment which I do not support. Thank you to the lady who served us and I hope this young man understands that this isnāt the proper way to communicate with customers...
