Hopefully I can share as absolutely 0 stars. (Apparently I have to make it at least one but I would prefer 0) Just had an experience tonight at the Acton Tim Hortons with a lady who is supposedly the manager no clue what her name was kept saying it way to fast for me to hear and refused to write it down for me. Went though the drive through and asked if they had caramel shots (haven’t had them in months yet still advertise caramel iced caps) she somehow misheard for farmers wrap? Don’t know how but she then said “after 4 o’clock” what the heck does after 4 o’clock have to do with a caramel shot? When that was asked she proceeded to start to yell and argue through the drive through speaker. Then told me I was the one being rude when she was the one yelling at me. I asked if she can take my order and she said sure. Took my order then when I drove up to the window she started yelling as a way to defend herself for hearing the wrong thing. I asked her to write her name down for me and she proceeded to yell “no you can write it down my name is _” absolutely no clue what her name was asked her multiple times to write her name down and she refused then refused to serve me and slammed the window in my face. I will NOT be returning to this location. Would love to get in contact with the owner. If this is how a manager acts then they shouldn’t be a manager let alone working in any sort of customer service...
Read moreI have no idea what happened in the past 6 months, but this place has gone absolutely down the toilet. Whiles the foods quality is consistently the same as it always has been, it would seem the staff are more interested in talking to each other, laughing and joking around, and shifting duties off themselves on to their coworkers, leading to an incredibly slow order turn around time. Previously, when placing a mobile order just a 5 minute walk away, I would arrive and the food and drinks would either be ready or very nearly be ready. Now the staff don't even look at the mobile order screen for a good 4-5 minutes after the order is placed, and when a member of staff notices, they will tell someone else the mobile order is in, who will say it's someone else's order. The shift manager appears to be run ragged, and every time I come in and see her she looks like she wants to run to the mountains and never return. To be frank, the staffs lack of professionalism is why I rarely go to any tim hortons near me anymore. They're loud, raucous and slow. They give you a nasty attitude for having the audacity of placing an order when they were trying to talk to their friends. There's maybe 2 members of staff I have ever seen who held any level of professionalism in the past year and 1 of them I imagine has quit as I have not seen him in quite some time.

Read moreThis place is a disaster. We stopped to pick up a take 12 for our day at the park. When we arrived at our location and everyone ready to enjoy a nice morning coffee we found they did not pack any cream or milk!! When we called them back to complain they said”well we gave you the sugar lol”Had to send guests back to go get it and they only gave us cream no milk and would not even give us fresh hot coffee to replace the cold coffee from 2 hours ago!! What kind of people work here?? All Tim Hortons have become terrible with there service and quality. You never know what your going to get or how there going to screw up your order. Only McDonald’s coffee from now on!!! Don’t support bad service.when we called to speak to the owner to make sure they know why kind of service there store is giving loyal dedicated customers who pay there bills they hung up on us. They had every opportunity to make things right and win back loyal business and dropped The ball. Why do they spend all this money on apps and loyalty programs for? Take care of your customers and they will take care of you. I hope the owner reads this and takes action to educate there staff. We will not be giving any Tim Hortons our business anymore. The coffee is not that great and there are many options all around. Support small shops that care and respects...
