Came here quite a few times with no issue. Great staff, great flavours, but recently it's been kind of disgusting. Both the slushies and ice cream I've ordered have been badly done; messy and has hair on the slushie cup or in the ice cream. Ew? The staff all has their hair done back in buns except for what looks like a girl 8 or 9 years old with one of those loose, messy ponytails that aren't actually doing anything. Why do they have some kid in the back scooping? I even watched from the window as the child touched the floor, the walls, my ice cream as she scooped it (without washing her hands), and then the walls again.
