Pizza Pizza — Restaurant in Hamilton

Just had the unfortunate privilege of driving behind one of your delivery drivers through Ancaster in a neighbourhood off Wilson St. What first got my attention was the stop sign he coasted through in a school zone. I do realize school is out, however, there are plenty of children out in that neighbourhood. I honked and your driver actually sped up. He was driving well over 40 km/hr which was the posted speed limit. He then ran another two stop signs with me following behind. He sped by a mother with a baby stroller and dog and continued going. I followed him to your establishment in the back parking lot where he then realized I was following him. He started to drive erratically through the parking lot. Like a maniac. I backed off and followed at a safer distance. He got out of his vehicle with a bright orange Pizza Pizza shirt. I asked him if he realized he ran a bunch of stop signs while speeding through a neighbourhood and he told me I was crazy. THIS IS YOUR DRIVER! How many times has this man done something like this?!! He was driving a silver Honda Accord with the license plate BMMW 535. This man should not be employed as a driver and should not have his drivers license. You should do thorough background checks to be sure you aren't hiring lunatic drivers who are going to hurt someone. I proceeded to wait for your delivery driver to leave and went in and asked for a manager. A woman behind the counter said he had stepped out. I asked her if they have a driver who drives a silver honda and she confirmed that you do. I informed her of what happened and told her I will not be letting this go. Your driver should be charged and I will do everything I can to see to it that everyone knows you employ a dangerous delivery driver who drives through neighbourhoods with children at high speeds while running stop signs. He is a hazard to the public. And I genuinely hope no one orders from you so that your dangerous driver isn't on the road. And from what I can tell in my picture, your driver doesn't even have tags on his license. So he's most likely driving illegally. I'll be contacting your head...

Terrible! The owner's husband is a dangerous and violent person! Never go here!!!

In short, I ordered two pizzas with the time guarantee of 40 minutes. These arrived late and he was extremely rude and aggressive with my family and I. He refused to give me the pizza and when I called Pizza Pizza head office they advised another pizza would be sent. He then refused to send the second pizza and our evening was ruined. Ultimately, I was credited for the cost of the order only though head office, not the business it's self.

FACTS of the incident.

The pizza arrived late.

The man (who Pizza Pizza told me later was the owner's husband) was violent, rude and aggressive. He threatened to "make me pay" for wanting him to honour the policy, called me a liar despite several people in my house noting he was late, swore at me several times in front of my wife, brother and 2 year old and yelled so loud my neighbours messaged me to inquire to what was going on.

He REFUSED to send me the second pizza when the pizza pizza main office/number I spoke with told me it was coming.

The territory manger called me an apologized profusely for his company representative's behaviour. He advised they were documenting his outburst in a file.

I will NEVER be ordering from this person again.

Customer service is a dying breed in Ontario and it's people like this rude man and his angry attitude that are contributing to the problem. I will use his foul language and terrible behaviour as an example of how NOT TO TREAT A CUSTOMER when a disagreement and/or dispute arise.

I would recommend everyone boycott...

this man who owns the shop is so obnoxious he kept forgetting a poutine and they take so long to make i dont even know why like broski just make a whole batch of fries like bruh and then we went back to order a poutine again and he still didnt make the poutine butni didnt know he wasnt making it so me and my friend sat there for a good loke 15 minutes and mind you now ke and my freind are going to be late to school so i ask him if its almost done and he had the audactiy to go "poutine?" LIKE YES BUDDY POUTINE WHY U ACTING SHOCKED I SAID IT SO MANY TIMES and we ordered this other combo with the poutine aswell it was like $12.99 plus like $6 for poutine so all together it was like $20 so he pulls out the receipt and trys to show us we didnt order a poutine WHICH WE SAID LIKE A BILLION TIMES and to his surprise he saw that we got charged for a poutine he didnt make so he's really rude about it too hes been so rude like he has such an attitude and for what like the only reason ur in bussiness in my school buddy so start watching your mouth so he's like ohhh you guys confuse me and hes like okay u guys want poutine i make poutine and im like no i want my money back im literally so late to class and he throws the money into our hands like okay.. so dont come here he always has...
