Baskin Robbins Ice cream & Cakes — Restaurant in Hamilton

I had the worst experience ever at this location!!!!!!!! I found a piece of hair in my icecream and informed the employee working at the moment about it. I pointed out where the hair was and she just stuck her dirty disgusting fingers into my ice cream trying to get it out. Then she finally thought of scooping it out with a spoon and tried giving it back to me with a smile on her face. AFTER MANGANDLING MY ICECREAM HOW TF DO YOU THINK IM GONNA WANT TO EAT IT!! I demanded for a new scoop of ice cream after that and she refused. Finally she gave me the smallest scoop on a sugar cone when my previous icecream was a whole scoop on a waffle cone. I felt robbed of my chance to enjoy that delicious big ice cream scoop for something that wasnt my fault. After that i had to know where the hair came from since it certainly wasnt mine since my hair was in a braid and black where as the hair in my icecream was silver. I looked around and noticed that the employee that scooped my ice cream then later manhandled it was out of uniform the whole time wearing a big silver fluffy winter jacket and knew that the hair had to have come off of that fur she was wearing. I was upset of how i was treated as a customer and didnt get the full scoop i deserved for something that wasnt my fault. The lady should get fired due to her lack of hygiene and reasoning with customers if anyone knows when the manager comes in please let me know so i can do an actual report on how she treated me. Well- 😀who don’t like ice cream 🤣 My friends and I recently visited Baskin-Robbins and had a fantastic experience! The staff was incredibly friendly, and the ice cream was delicious, with the waffle cone fresh and perfectly crisp. The shop was clean and well-maintained, with a washroom available and wheelchair-friendly access.

With a wide variety of flavors, there’s something for everyone to enjoy. Though it’s a small location and can get busy during peak times, it’s definitely worth the wait. A truly five-star experience!

I must commend the staff on duty, as she made the experience even better. Her eagerness to serve, engaging conversation, and cheerful demeanor added to the enjoyment. The laughter was plentiful, making the visit truly memorable.

Side note there’s a couple is little seating...

Every time I come here they NEVER EVER have the "FLAVOUR OF THE MONTH"!!!!!

This month (August) the flavour of the month is Oreo cheesecake, but I went in on the 4th and they said it was "sold out" but that they ordered more.....Went back on the 7th - same story. The12th - still sold out! The 18th - SAME STORY/EXCUSE!!!! I don't believe they ever had ANY OF THIS "FLAVOUR OF THE MONTH" what-so-ever!!! SO DISAPPOINTING!!! The OREO CHEESECAKE is advertised all over the T.V. but this location obviously can't be bothered to sell anything that's advertised!!!!!! I'm looking into finding out if the owners of this location own the other Hamilton location.....If they DON'T own the West end location, then I will be driving down there for my ice cream...
