If I could give this place a 0 âď¸ I would. Absolutely the WORST experience Iâve ever had. The server had no idea what she was doing. While taking my order I had asked 3 times to have the hollandaise sauce on the side of my eggs Florentine. While waiting for our breakfast both tables who were seated and order after us with a competent server got served. In fact, we had to ask another server for a coffee refill. At this point we had no cutlery, napkins, syrup or condiments for our breakfast. Once mine arrived it was wrong. And the best part was that the server said she knew it was wrong and the kitchen made the mistake but served it to me anyway ?? I had a Belgian waffle ordered- $9 for a waffle which was not a Belgian waffle at all. Came with nothing - no berries or fruit and of course it was freezing cold. My friend ordered an omelette and never got the toast it came with. Her sons pancakes were freezing cold. Also we still have no cutlery or condiments. At this point I had asked to speak to a manager. So the owner was sent over. This woman was so ridiculous. She kept making excuses about how the server was overwhelmed. She had 1 table and got EVERYTHING wrong. The owner goes on to tell me how she doesnât have have experienced servers right now - which is not my problem. When I told her I have been in hospitality over 25 years and have never had such terrible service and food - she asked to give them another chance to which I said Absolutely N0T. Then she asks me if I want to have a job there. On top of it we were charged for everything except my meal. Still charged for the disgusting waffle.

I'm leaving this review after visiting on Thanksgiving Monday for lunch. We didn't plan on going out but I always remember seeing them open on holidays and we live close by. Before attending on a holiday, like most people, I checked online to see if they were open. They didn't take the time to update Google or the website about holiday hours. So we decided to swing by since we live around the corner. We arrive shortly before 1pm and see the store is open. So we enter and kindly get seated and told they are just about to close. Feeling bad we decided to take out food to go. While we were there it seemed there was lots of confusion and stress among workers about the closing time. I truly feel for the kitchen staff and waitress's. It frustrates me to see all of this stress that could have been avoided if the owner would have communicated to the staff and changed the sign out front stating hours. To go further,I know that Google communicated to the owner about changing holiday hours. Sadly the owner couldn't have taken 2 minutes to update the hours online to avoid the confusion and stress of staff and customers. I don't blame anybody working at the store. They all do a wonderful job and should be praised. I think it is the owner who should be to blame. I am not angry or in anyway put off after today, unfortunately I doubt my concerns will make any impact or even be seen by the owner based on the lack of action on the many other comments left here.    Read moreI've been going here for three years and the service has slowly been declining. Today I attended an early morning breakfast with my family to beat the rush. The main dining area was still closed because there were only 12 customers. We ordered simple plates of eggs, pancakes and a BLT. I watched the cook prepare food from our seating area. I wasn't impressed with the way he was handling food. Not hygienic to say the least. He prepared my daughters pancakes, then set them aside on a spatula. The customer who was next to us ordered the same thing as my wife and he was served within 5 minutes of being seated. Almost 15 min pass and we asked about our order. The waitress asks the cook about our pancakes and he gives her a death stare. She tells him she was just asking for us. Then I see the cook place already cooked bacon back on the grill to warm it up. At that point I told the waitress we're done waiting. She said it was almost ready and it's perfectly acceptable to wait almost 15 min. Let's put this in perspective. I've dined there when it was a packed house and received my order in less than 10 minutes. To tell me to accept the delay is off the wall. To watch the guy next to us receive his order in 5 minutes while I see my food being reheated because they messed up the timing made me furious. I announced I was leaving and to bill me for the orange juice and coffee. $7 dollars. They faltered and couldn't even cover the cost of the coffee.
