I went for dahi gol ghappy but they given me pani puri gol ghappy. Customer service is bad there are two girls and one guy in the store. Guys behavior is not good and he has no good customer service, even he did not care about the customer. If somebody bring order back for some reason and he start argue with me I said gol ghappy and not dahi gol ghappy. I did not born in India--- In canada, customer is right but this guy thinks he is standing in his own country and he did not give a damn to customer. I asked the owner name, they refused to given me. I asked the guy name, he refused to give me. Nobody in staff has name badges ------ I am really disappointed and left my order there because I did not ask pani puri. Even I said gol ghappy, guy has to ask me regarding pani puri or dahi gol ghuppy. They need only money and did not give you right stuff even you bring back your order. And this guy start argue with me, it is my fault. With 11 dollar I am not going to rich or poor but my concern is only good Customer service and attention to your customer which this guy has lacked. Even I asked the name from supervisor, she refused to given me. Other girl was calm and she did not say nothing. I lost my 11 dollar even I did not touch anything from my order. For owner please ------- I was sitting to wait for my order. One couple was there and they are almost leaving the royal pan --- this same guy asked the customer to through their stuff in the garbage. My question to owner if you have dine in and somebody wants to leave the store then good customer service is,.you do not need to call them to through your garbage. So trained your staff and do not make money even provide the good customer service as well as...

Can I give this zero stars? I try not to leave bad reviews but the gentleman behind the counter refused to make paan. I asked if they have leaves, and the other ingredients he said yes but apparently they don’t serve paan when they’re busy despite having people in the kitchen to work. If they cannot make a paan, (at Royal PAAN), then a truly wonderful world we live in.

Just a bit of context I came on Friday for some paan and the same guy said they will receive leaves on Saturday and I’m posting this review on a Sunday.

Don’t want any apology texts or sorry for inconvenience, just get your act together. That’s it.

Just an edit/response to the owners very unprofessional response: the point in question is not when the paan leaves came etc. it is how I, a paying customer was refused service simply because the person behind the counter didn’t feel like making it because they were busy. Don’t turn away business. Put a paper on the door, ‘we are too busy and will not make paan and reduce our business’
