Such a great spot for kids with a huge indoor space! Staff are friendly and helpful and space is clean. There is a large area in the middle that is just jumping space, and around the outside perimeter is dodgeball, a foam pit, basketball, and ‘gladiator’ options. There is a neat climbing area (parkour) outside the trampoline section as well as some video games to play. There are lockers available to store your items if needed, as well as a large eating area with a spot to purchase food and drinks. There are regularly birthday parties here that have a reserved section and they will announce the child’s birthday over the speaker and everyone in the building sings happy birthday - it’s really nice. There are comfy couches around the perimeter for parents to sit and watch their kids if they are with younger siblings (this is great for me as I have a very active 3 year old and an 8 month old. Toddler jumps and looks to me for praise while I sit with baby!) tip : sign the waiver online prior to visit to save time, and also the option to book your hour Jump time and pay online. Love this place!

Great atmosphere for the younger crowd. The music was a mix of Pop/Hip Hop which everyone seemed to enjoy. We brought 5 kids ranging from 10 to 14 for glow in the dark jumping. There were more than a few small children 3-5 yrs left unattended jumping throughout the facility alone mixing with the teens which was a bit disturbing. I felt they should definitely have a minimum age when jumping from 9pm - 12am. A little dangerous to say the least for these little kids especially considering some of these older children are well over 100 lbs. and the ease of which adults can just enter and leave without being stopped at the door. It was also very inconvenient that the staff didn't force people to use lockers. There were items stored at almost every available space to sit and along the floor which gave us little choice but to walk around until a space became available. Drinks were about $3 each. Overall my kids and their friends had an amazing time and asked already to go back again.

The last time I was here was the year the park first opened 7 years ago - it is unfortunately showing its age due to a lack of cleaning and maintenance.

I brought a toddler to burn off some energy (30 July 2023). I asked the cashier if the grippy socks we had on were okay, and she said they were fine.

We entered the play area and were approached by another staff member within 15 minutes and told we had to go and purchase their socks. I explained that we were told our socks were fine by the cashier, and pointed out the other jumpers who were also wearing non-Flying Squirrel socks. She told me they had to be trampoline socks; that grip socks weren’t sufficient.

I spoke with the manager on duty, who was responsive and said she would speak to the cashier and ensure policies were consistently communicated by staff.

I don’t care about paying for socks, but it’s really hard to explain to a toddler who has just started jumping why she has to leave the area right after she got there to switch her socks.

The trampolines/surrounding padding themselves are in decent repair, but the carpets were seriously covered in debris/garbage and definitely needed attention.

The foam blocks in the toddler area were disintegrating and need replacement. There really isn’t much in that space, so we spent our time in the main area instead. Adding some extra equipment like the gymnastics wedges/padded balance beams would add more interest for the younger crowd.

There were only 2 arm chairs in the toddler area. Jungle Hut has a more appealing jump space for the younger crowd, and better lounge seating for caregivers, if you’re looking.

There seemed to be lots of staff, but other than the one policing socks, I didn’t see them doing much other than hanging out and chatting with each other - maybe more staff leadership/supervision is needed to ensure that secondary duties like cleaning are still happening during operating hours.

Only about half of the lockers still work; the rest have had the latches ripped off. There are a few arcade games - a driving simulator, a 2-shooter game, a classic pac-man style game and some crane games. The Jurassic Park game was turned off, but it didn’t have any signage, so I don’t know if it was actually out of order or not.

TLDR;

THE GOOD: -the manager was readily available to speak to me and responsive to my concerns -they employ plenty of young adults, which is great to see -the pricing for toddlers/caregivers was fair

THE BAD: -toddler area has minimal seating and foam blocks are disintegrating -carpets are really dirty, visible debris everywhere -inconsistent messaging from staff regarding sock requirements for jumpers

This place is a pass for me for now - better staff training, a more frequent cleaning routine and some small updates to the toddler equipment would go a long way towards making it as enjoyable as it was when it...

My experience was awful! I was dropping my daughter at a birthday party this evening and the check in process line took 30 minutes or longer. The check in staff was rude and lazy teens! There were 3 people in line up. After waiting patiently in line about 10 minutes with my excited 7 year old, I walked to the regular checking counter that was empty and had two employees just chatting. I asked if I could check in with them because there had been no movement in the birthday party check out. I was told “No” that I had to back and wait in line for birthday check in. I did and got frustrated after a couple more minutes of no movement so I went back to the employees a chatting behind the empty check in counter and after them very nicely if they could help over at the birthday check in line because the girl there seemed very overwhelmed. The young lady then without saying a word to me started walking towards the birthday check in counter and got the clipboard to check me in. I asked for the Sox included in the party package and she told me that “Sox were not included in this party package” and walked away. There were other people in line frustrated and waiting to check in too. I checked with the mom of the party and she assured me that Sox were included and the other children in party had gotten theirs. I went back to the two employees still chatting at the empty regular checkin desk and said that I check with the mom and the Sox are definitely included. I asked if she could give them to me. She Pointed to the birthday check in line up that was even longer now and there was no one behind the counter and said “No, you have to wait in that line up.” I can not believe the rude and snobby behaviour of this employee! I didn’t stay for the party because I was so upset and I definitely won’t be taking my...

Worst place ever been to!!!! The worst customer service you can ever imagine. My 7 friends and I decided to go here for the fun as we work everyday and we drove 50 minutes to enjoy the time but it TURN OUT THAT THIS PLACE IS NOT IT!!!!! We payed for 2 hours jump passes and also for socks so for each ticket was around 51 dollars!!! And I really don’t mind paying money for fun but NO THE PEOPLE AND THE STAFF MADE IT VERY MUCH NOT FUN!! So we payed around $350 dollars just to get kicked out for no reason and for stupid people and no REFUND!! We were all enjoying our time until one of the kids (16-18) years old bumped in one of my friends on Purpose!! He told me and I went to try and figure out why he would do such a thing. Instead of me just going to talk to him NO HIS MOM DECIDES TO START YELLING AT ME!! ( I am only 17) so me and the kid were the same age I was not trying to start a fight I was trying to go and just figure it out BUT NO THE MOM KEEPT YELLING AT MY AND THE DAD STARTED GETTING IN MY FACE!!!! I was being very respectful and did not fight them and that’s for the respect for the place we walk away and we were the better people but then the whole staff became but to us and told us we had to leave because we were trying to start fights and bumping into kids!!! We told them you should hear our side of the story and everyone that was at the park were standing up for us but non of the staff were to even care. I find it very racist and rude as they didn’t even give us a chance to say anything but after all we tried be as respectful as possible and don’t forget all 8 of us still had around 1-1:20 hours of jumping still but they didn’t mind at all even after we asked for a refund!!! This is very unacceptable and I will not let it just go like that. The lady that came up to us was a white little...
