Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Hamilton

my girlfriend and i order pizza a lot. dominos is usually our first choice, it’s quality pizza and has the best tasting ingredients. but this store must be Dominoes or some off brand version because this should not be a representation of the company. this store is by far the worst store in canada. i have been to dominos in a lot of areas and this is by far the worst store of them all. the manager(?) looks to be a 15 year old kid and he sure acts like one too. the staff are all undertrained, and the quality of pizza has drastically gone down since last year. it seems like there are no experienced workers and they all started last week. the pizza is burnt, bubbly, and will either have sauce and toppings all over the crust or toppings only in the middle. don’t try to get anything fixed, either. you’ll just get transferred from employee to employee until you get sick of it and just leave it be. How does this place have 4.2 in reviews? This is absolutely the worst pizza I've ever had in my life. Domino's as a company has gone way downhill in the past 5 years. Last week I ordered a pizza from upper gage that was basically like cardboard with dried out red sauce. A few toppings and a spattering of processed cheese bits. Horrible. The cheese bread was half to size it used to be. They're not even printing the boxes the pizza is in properly. Anything to cut corners. Avoid at all costs. Placed a $65 dollar order that took the woman on the phone fifteen minutes to take, even after constant reiteration. Spoke to her manager about our order. An hour later we're still waiting for delivery. Call the location, the worker and manager tell us that no such order has been placed under the name or address we had provided. The manager had been on shift since 5pm, and does not recall ever talking to the worker about our order, despite the fact we heard her speaking to the employee earlier. She says only compensation is taking $5 off of our order, and now we have to wait another half hour. I just hung up. Customer service at this location is obviously not worth the money paid out....
