I was so excited to learn that I was the winner of free pizza for a year from Famo! This generous prize was donated to my child's school for a raffle in the fall. While there was no certificate, I was told to tell my name and phone number when I ordered. Each time we've ordered, there's been issues with finding someone who knew about the prize. Yesterday, the owner was contacted by staff and I was told again, no record of the prize. I will not be returning, as this has been an exceptionally frustrating experience and has left me feeling very uncomfortable. Staff have been great, but I'm tired of being given the third degree, each time i order, and yesterday was the final straw. I no longer go where I'm made to feel like garbage.
Upon reading the owners response: I was never told to ask for the owner, and your staff told me they phoned you and you still had no idea about the contest and my prize. So the fact you wanted to speak to me doesn't add up. I'm sorry the school doesn't give you the business they used to, but that has nothing to do with me. I won this prize that was donated by your business, and I wonder if your reluctance to honor it, is indicitive of how you do business? Maybe thays why the school no longer does business with you?

I had never spoken with the owner, as I was directed to give my name when I ordered. You come across as deceitful, disrespectful and definitely lack integrity. I never claimed the school not ordering from you was any of my business. What i do know is that you donated a prize that I won, and you reneged after 3 hassle filled experiences. Read moreThe guy behind the counter was very rude. It was our first time there and we went there after seeing the ratings. We wanted to try the food and like it, but we felt we were not welcome there. In the beginning, we wanted a bit of time to decide from the on-screen menu, but he proceeded to offer the paper menu by slapping it on the glass top.
This person, who sported a beard and was manning the desk spoke to us in a tone and manner which felt very condescending, as if we are beneath him and it felt very insulting.
While we were placing the order, he perhaps couldn't hear us describing the toppings so he goes and says "You've got to speak louder, I can't hear you" instead of something like "Can you repeat that again?"
There are many places we go to and such confusions happen, but the staff never speaks to us in an annoyed manner. We weren't even causing any trouble, we trying to place an order and just perhaps were a little slower than his regular customers.
I believe being in customer service or customer relation one would have a higher degree of patience, which is normally the case, but not here.
I did offer him to go ahead and take the next person's order (who had joined come recently) because perhaps we're wasting his time, to which this person says "no go ahead, I know what the next person wants."
Feels very bad to be treated this way. It made me angry but English is not my native language so I didn't want to start an argument when we were hungry, so I left - to never return.

Read moreHello everyone, on this passing Saturday, I had called this beautiful pizza restaurant to order for my family and I, everything I make a order I get 2 medium pizzas and chicken wings, Garlic bread in French fries it all comes in a combo and this is what I always get for my family this combo, I had said isn't that a combo, I was told that wasn't up anymore so the Gentlemen said he could do 2 for 1 deal so I said okay because we don't do this alot and it was a treat for my family and I, my boys love their garlic bread and French fries, so I order the 2 for one with wings, my Delivery driver was such a gentleman I do believe his name is Ronan then when he came to me he had to ask me if I asked for a combo and I told him yes but I was aware that it was no longer available and he said no absolutely not it is available so this amazing delivery man Ronan went back to the restaurant Got me my fries and garlic bread drove all the way back with these idems for my family and honestly this was the most kindest thing that he did not have to do but did, he went out of his way to make sure that I was a satisfied customer, we were very happy with the pizza, garlic bread, French fries and wings absolutely amazing, you guys are by far the most amazing pizza restaurant, I tell everyone about you and your restaurant all the time, thank you for making great food....
