Hi Line Pizza and Wings Parkdale — Restaurant in Hamilton

I’ve been a customer at Hi-Line for about 15 years. Tonight was my last time. Their prices have been increasing slightly recently but I didn’t mind. Until tonight. I ordered a deal that was 2 medium pizzas, 20 wings, garlic bread, veggie sticks and blue cheese for $41.60. When I placed the order I was asked if I wanted cheese on the garlic bread. I said no. When I picked up the order the garlic bread, veggies and blue cheese were missing. And it came to $50. I asked about the missing things. I was told they no longer come with this deal. If I could leave a negative rating I would. First off they got toppings wrong on my pizza. Then we opened our wings to find them so burnt you couldn't even peel off the chicken! We called and was told they would bring a pizza with the correct toppings but would not replace the wings. We ordered them plain with sauce in the sign because that is how my 1 year old eats chicken. I went to the store to complain and once I explained everything they kicked me out and said They would call the cops because I told them this was not okay for my child who isn't able to eat pizza due to a milk allergy. False hours advertised, never has slices and doesn't serve slices after a certain hour and will only take cash for slices, no one carries cash anymore. They put old toppings on the pizza and overcharge you for each size. The wings are very dry and have minimal sauce. The old man that works there isn't a pleasant person to talk to at all. You will also receive expired flat pop. Each time I've ordered from here, it's been worse and worse. I will not waste my money at this disgusting establishment that leaves pizza sauce sitting in the sun in the front window. This place is also very dirty.
