Horrible Experience. They do not follow allergy protocols. I notified them of my allergies. And they did not follow the proper protocol. I went through anaphylaxis shock after taking 1 bite of their pizza.
I called the next day and was told a manager would call me back. I did not receive a call back. I called 4 more times within a 2 week period, and left my number with their employees....4 times I still received no call back from a manager.
Finally, I get ahold of the manager/ owner today. I had to waste gas money to go into his store. He was very rude and defensive. He did give me a refund of $20 for a large gluten free pizza....it wasn't even the full refund as I spent $55 on a L GF pizza and 1 small pepperoni pizza. I'm very disappointed at the customer service, neglect of my allergies and lack of ownership of what had happened.
If a company makes a big mistake like this, they should take ownership and be compassionate to their customers.
I've worked in the hospitality and customer service industry for over 10 years. The way the manager/owner handled this was unacceptable. I was angry and tried to be calm..but with all due respect, I almost died due to their negligence. I was very upset with his tone of voice, lack of ownership and lack of customer service.
If you have allergies, I would not trust ordering...

Ordered a combo with wings online asked for wings to be sauce on side when they came had sauce on them for health reasons i cant have sauces. So i called back and the manager had the nerve to tell me i planned this to get free wings. Im disqusted i have a screenshot of my order to prove it was sauce on side. He then told me to give the wrong order back in exchange for the plain wings. Sorry but you cannot do that with food that has already been touched by a customer so i asked him what he will do with them he tells me my business im the owner its my choice what i do and hung up on me so i called back not good customer service by any means. So what was he going to do reheat and send out to another customer that thinks their wings àre fresh..🤔 So i proceeded to tell him i have my health cert for food handling then all of a sudden it was i will bring new wings for you. Read moreOne of the best pizza places in Hamilton, not including sit in gourmet pizza restaurants like 'Chicago style'. They have amazing pizza and a wide selection of mains and sides (menu is on the website). They have great pizza sauce, a lot of toppings, they cook it correctly and they don't put too much or too little of anything on the pizza. The delivery is speedy and the food is done quick for pickup. Also they only have 3 dip options, I'd love a bigger selection there! The house garlic dip here is a little strong of a garlic flavour for me but my wife adores it, so it depends on your pallet (just a warning in case you're like me) but if you prefer a more mild garlic dip, they do have a heinz option which I take advantage of so they cover their bases. Besides that, my household orders from here all the time, and love everything we order. I RECOMMEND!!!!
