Ice Flame — Restaurant in Hamilton

My friend and I visit Hamilton almost every weekend to enjoy a night out and get food that we can't in our small town (about an hour away). A few weeks ago we decided to stop by and check out Ice Flame after hearing about it opening recently and in need of some late night dessert, I'm so glad we did! On our way home and in one of the better spots in the city you walk into a bright white big open restaurant with great ambiance and the kindest young man working at the counter! He let us take our time deciding between all of the delicious sounding flavors and answered any questions we had! Once he started making the Ice cream rolls we chose you could see the quality of the restaurant from his commendable patience to make sure the product doesn't just taste great but is 'Instagram ready'. While you get to enjoy watching the ice cream rolling experience look around and see how clean and organized this establishment is! (I've worked in food for years and it's not just important for food quality; the organization and cleanliness reflects on the owners and adds to the great environment created here. A very nice touch to be able to see the food prep area!). The prices are on the higher side but the product quality is well worth it along with how generous the portions are! We've been in the last two weekends in a row (so happy it's open later in the evening!) I've had the rainbow m&ms rolls both times and my friend had the Oreo and the Ferrero Rocher rolls, it is easily some of the best ice cream I've had! If I had any suggestions it would only be to add a smaller size of rolls to the menu because of how big the portions really are! We will definitely be back regularly and im looking forward to trying some new things! We have been trying to come here for months, but they have been too busy for us to wait. Sorry but we have no patience. So, tonight we decided to give it a go since our bowling plans fell through. Well, it was a pleasant surprise! The service was top notch especially the owner who chatted with us for sometime while we were devouring our delicious ice cream rolls. We learned so much about saffron and the flavours infused in the ice cream that it made us appreciate the product even more. THANK YOU FOR SUCH A GREAT EXPERIENCE! I had the Parkside Pistachio, my husband Mango Magic and my grandson Nutella banana which were ALL decadent in a good way. They were ALL so flavourful in different ways. The flavours are different than normal ice cream flavours which makes them even more enjoyable. Honestly, we have never had these types of flavours yet they sure makes us want to come back to get more. Let me tell you the ice cream deserves a 5 star for sure. But the customer service meaning being so customer oriented deserves...

My recent visit to Ice Flame in Hamilton was nothing short of spectacular! From the moment I stepped in, I was greeted with warmth and hospitality. The food, oh, the food! It surpassed all expectations. I highly recommend trying their Kaju Gulkand ice cream, Masala fries, and Rabri Falooda - they were simply divine!

What truly impressed me was not just the delicious food, but also the impeccable hygiene standards observed in the kitchen. I had the privilege of peeking into the kitchen, and I was astounded by its cleanliness and organization. It's clear that the staff at Ice Flame take great pride in maintaining a hygienic environment.
