Hi, Today, I along with my 6 friends visited your restaurant for dinner, and it saddens me to say that all of us were thoroughly disappointed. To explain in detail, we had ordered 10 dishes in total. First, the dosa was served, and after that, the other dishes kept coming every 7 to 8 minutes, but by then the dosa had completely turned cold. When we asked about this, we were told that the dosa was served first because it needs to be crunchy. If that was the case, you could have served it at the end so that everything arrived together. Like any customer, we were expecting that the food would be served all together, especially since each of the 7 of us had ordered a dish of their choice. How can one person eat while the others just watch? Please explain.
Talking about the food, the dosa was good, but the Malai Chaap had a bitter taste. The mango lassi wasn’t even a cold, it was like room temperature we had to ask for ice separately. The chilly chicken was good, but the paneer in the paneer chilly was so hard that we couldn’t eat it, and we left it as it is. The most concerning part was that no one bothered to ask us how the food was. Instead, some unknown person, in the restaurant’s uniform, kept staring at us, especially when we complained about finding a hair in the paneer chilly plate. I don’t know if this is acceptable or not, but we ended up paying a bill of around $181 for nothing.
So, thank you so much for ruining the reputation of an Indian restaurant and its food, being an Indian myself, it felt really disappointing. And I’m not even mentioning the flies that were roaming around everywhere, even on our food.
Thank you once again for...

The food is absolutely delicious — full of flavor, perfectly cooked, and truly satisfying. No complaints at all about the food; it deserves 5 stars on its own.
However, the service that night was very disappointing. The server came off as rude and unhelpful. Every time I asked a question about the menu — which I needed to, since I’m not Indian and wanted to understand what comes with the dishes — she seemed confused, hesitant to answer, and at times even annoyed. It made the whole interaction feel awkward.
When I ordered, she didn’t ask if I wanted a drink, and unlike other Indian restaurants, she didn’t ask about my preferred spice level — I always go for mild, but the food came out extremely spicy. That was frustrating.
I later asked for a Diet Coke, and she told me it came in a room-temperature can. I didn’t really have another option, so I said it was fine. But then, only when I was nearly finished drinking it, she asked if I wanted a glass with ice — something she could have just offered right away.
The food was amazing, but the server’s attitude and lack of basic customer service really brought down the experience. She looked visibly irritated every time I spoke or asked something.
I would highly recommend ordering through Uber Eats or doing takeout instead of dining in. The food is worth it — but the dine-in service, at least during my visit, was not.

Read moreAbsolutely love the food here! Every visit feels like a nostalgic trip down memory lane. The samosa pav, in particular, is my all-time favourite – a comforting snack that instantly takes me back to those carefree college days, where long conversations and shared laughter made everything taste even better.
But beyond the delicious food, what truly makes this place special is the people. Even after moving to a different city, I find myself coming back – not just for the food, but for the warmth and hospitality of the staff. I’d especially like to appreciate Karan, Preet, and Khushmeet, whose welcoming nature and kind personalities turn every visit into a memorable experience.
Today evening, we happened to arrive just before closing time, and yet, they greeted us with the same smile and warmth as always. Karan, with her calm presence and graceful energy, made us feel not like customers, but like old friends being welcomed home. That kind of genuine hospitality is rare and something I truly admire.
Thank you, Karan, for making every visit feel so special. This place is more than just a restaurant – it’s a reminder of good times, familiar faces, and the small moments that stay with us. Highly recommend not just for the food, but for the heart...
