I ordered 3 things today

Junction special grill sandwich It was served in 2 minutes. Come on! It takes time to grill !! You served it cold and filling under it was stinking horrible as if grillers were cleaned with damp cloth or the potato stuffing was 1 week old 🤮🤮🤮

Loaded puff It was damn cold and only thing I could taste in it was cheese! Masala was almost missing apart from couple of tomatoes stuffed in it 😔

Cheese dosa Dosa on its own was safe but sambar served with it was in a plastic container and it appeared to have been microwaved as it is. I can say that from plastic cap itself that it was bending with no effort 😷

Felt guilty to be here by trusting reviews, surprised to see how they got so many reviews. Not sure if its from students nearby. If so, guys stay away from this place for your health sake

Just praying tonight nothing happens to me. I don’t want to start my next week with an upset tummy 🙏 never again!!

Forget fresh, it didn’t feel hygienic or edible. Atmosphere was also loud due to music being played on very high volume.

Just like no effort to freshness and hygiene, they made no effort to even validate the order to find out what’s going wrong. You can see from the pics that they are just defending. I was there around 9:20 and not at 11:23 !!

Work on serving better food and you will not need to defend your reviews :)

Honestly one of the worst restaurant experiences I’ve ever had. The service was terrible — the employees looked completely stressed and annoyed the moment a customer walked in. It felt like we were bothering them just by ordering food. On top of that, the place was dirty and clearly not maintained. The food itself looked unhygienic and tasted awful — it was clear there was no sense of cleanliness or care put into anything. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. Total waste of time and money.

.............. Calling a factual review ‘fake’ doesn’t make it disappear. You were slow, rude, and unprepared — that’s the reality. Instead of attacking customers, maybe fix the prep times and staff behavior. Honest feedback is meant to improve your business, not to insult people who point out your mistakes

my profession has nothing to do with this review. Anyone — a student, a delivery driver, a tourist, or a neighbor — could walk in, observe the same issues, and report them honestly. Calling my factual review “fake” or singling out my job doesn’t change the reality of what’s happening here.

May be wrong place for me to expect value for time. They had a Promo sale of $2 for Vada Pav and we fell to it and ordered four for our family at 0651pm on 23Aug2025. The front desk manager said it will be 1 to 2 hours or more citing the rush. Understanding the promo - we agreed for it and reported back to restaurant after 1.5 hours only to lean that it will take 20 more minutes. The order # was 241 is for just $8 and not much. However the irony is: The orders after 242 and others were also served while we were waiting. Sheer ignorance for time of customers as our time is as valuable as their's and the promo sale should not make this discrimination They should be atleast shout the order numbers and keep them aware that it is in process make some justification for the delay Upon approaching - one of the staff looks at the order time and says it will still be 20 minutes or more and cannot assure when the order can be delivered. This final point was last straw - I did request them to donate my order and left the scene.
