This pizza was freshly made and I picked it up myself, but when I opened the box, something immediately felt off. The pizza wasnāt round, the slices didnāt align, and there was a noticeable gap that made it seem like a piece had been removed and the rest shifted to fill the space. The way the cheese was torn and uneven between slices only added to the suspicion. There was only one employee working at the time, and I saw him take the pizza to the back to cut it. I canāt say for certain what happened, but the final presentation raised a red flag. When you pay for a whole pizza, you should receive a whole pizza. Itās a basic expectation, especially when youāre paying for something made fresh If something happened behind the scenes, Iād just hope itās not a habit. While the pizza was tasty, it burned me to know I was cheated in my purchase.
Note to Management: Iām sharing this not to tear down your business, but to offer honest feedback that I hope helps. If staff are handling pizzas out of customer view, please ensure thereās accountability in place to protect both your brand and the customer experience. People come back to places they can trust, every detail, including presentation and portion, plays a part in that. Iād love to return, but trust needs to be part of the value offered alongside the food. Hope this goes somewhere...
Ā Ā Ā Read morei just went to this little ceasers to get a cheap pizza and the guys working there looked stoned
i asked him for a pepperoni pizza with a garlic dip and a 2 litre pepsi
he made me pay for a pepperoni pizza with garlic bread and a 500ml pepsi
i was so mad cause 1. my mom was broke and cant get anymore money for a whole week (were broke up until my birthday which is aug 1 and after that were broke between christmas and easter)
and 2. i get a little angry when i dont eat and theres not alot of restaurants in this area i can eat at and have a good time (because with an autistic like me i need food that tastes good and an atmosphere where i can talk about my interests not to people that are special needs or kids in an adult body but with nerds, gamers, furries and other cool people like me)
i have to eat breakfast, lunch, dinner and a midnight desert or snack all with a pepsi, coffee or even an alcoholic beverage otherwise i have to take benzodiazepines and/or cannibus to calm myself down so i dont have a meltdown and destroy things or hurt others or myself and get sent to the hospital
back on topic the guy couldn't refund my pop and garlic bread because he looked stoned and i had to pay full price and had to go thirsty in this scorching...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreDO NOT EAT HERE AND DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!!!! These owners do not care about their customers at all they just want to squeeze all the money they can from you. They have owned this location for 6 months and in that tie they have raised the price on everything while also lowering the standards and quality of the food. They donāt follow the guidelines that they given from corporate to save themselves money theyāre only putting about half the amount of cheese that theyāre supposed to and that you the customer are paying for. Per the guidelines pizzas and crazy bread are only allowed to be kept in the hot box for a maximum of 30 minutes before they are supposed to be discarded and replaced, they have instructed the staff to keep the food longer and to sell it to customers i have personally seen one of the owners keep crazy bread in the hot box for ver 2 hours before selling it to a customer. Dairy items like the garlic butter for the crazy breads and the icing for the cinnamon bites are kept out at room temperature and not refrigerated from when the store opens until the store closes. The store also currently has an ant problem and they have not had a pest control company inspect the store a single time since they took ownership back...
