My friend and I went to Lotos this evening for their $.99 wing night. We were really excited to go because of the great reviews. Unfortunately this will be a bad review (my apologies for the long review but there was so much that happened). Everything started off OK, the waitress was very pleasant and brought us our pops quite quickly. There was one table of about 10 people that ruined the atmosphere as they were very loud and obnoxious (the waitress should’ve said something to them, and even another family had to move away from them because they were so loud). Between those people and the music you could barely hear yourself speak. Then we ordered: chicken noodle soup, french fries, blue cheese dressing, 15 chicken wings (mild, lemon pepper and Cajun) for myself and my friend ordered 15 chicken wings (mild, salt and pepper, and honey hot). After half an hour, I received the chicken noodle soup which was OK at best. Then after 45 minutes of waiting, we were told they were sorry they had an influx of orders (there were 30 people max with two waitresses). After one hour of waiting, we were told that the cook messed up our order and had to start again. Once we received our wings, my friend’s order was incorrect although the waitress insisted it was correct. The mild did not taste very good, the lemon pepper had no taste, but the Cajun was good and so was the honey hot. The only compliment I would say is that the wings were of decent size. The waitress forgot the french fries (which ended up being cold) and the blue cheese dressing (which honestly didn’t taste like blue cheese and more like sour cream). After expressing our disappointment, the waitress pretty much ignored us and took care of every other customer and we had to ask for refills and the bill. To make up for our disappointing meal, they comped us the blue cheese, our pop refills (of which the glasses were tiny and apparently they charge for refills) and allowed us to take home six of the wings that were left over. I told the waitress that this was our first time coming to Lotos and they made a terrible impression. We won’t be going back and would not recommend this place. I hope they get their act together especially if Tuesday is their wing night and it takes them an hour to get the order wrong. In total, it took an hour and a half before we were...

I can't recommend this place highly enough! From the moment we walked in, the vibe was spot on—warm lighting, great music, and a welcoming energy that made us feel instantly at home. Whether you're coming in for a casual drink or a full dinner experience, this spot delivers on every level.
The cocktails are top-tier—creative, perfectly balanced, and made with real attention to detail. The bartender clearly knows their craft. I had the house special and was blown away!
Now, the food? Absolutely phenomenal. Every dish was beautifully presented and bursting with flavor. You can tell the kitchen uses fresh, high-quality ingredients, and they’re not afraid to get a little creative while still keeping things approachable.
Service was another highlight—friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable without being overbearing. They really went above and beyond to make sure we had a great experience.
All in all, this bar and restaurant strikes the perfect balance between relaxed and refined. Whether you're out with friends, on a date, or just treating yourself, it’s a place you’ll want to come back to...

We had ordered a chicken ceaser and pork souivaki and as we ordered our drinks her a beer and myself a water we had gotten a water bottle for me (assuming since i'd have to pay for it instead of just a glass of water) we ordered our meals and such. and the waitress comes up and asks what sides i wanted on my meal since she seemed to rushed to ask me in the first place . so i asked fr potatoes and when getting my meal it was 2 skewers of tried out chicken. with a handful(even looked like a handful and they spread everywhere) of fries and my friend had her salad..with store bought soured (grilled chicken) on top(taste from a bag) so as i was eating we were in a good consternation and the girl at the bar starts to turn upwwe that we are sitting right in front of the tv from where the sound was coming from.and finally couldn't even talk we had to move tables. and our food just was gross. the ceaser didnt even taste like anything.
