Bosnian Specialties — Restaurant in Hamilton

Have heard nothing but amazing things about this place for years. Have had their frozen food at BBQs before (which was fantastic) but this was my first time dining in and I honestly can't even put into words how wonderful the experience was. Walking in to grab a cevapi sandwich made my entire day. When I first walked in, right away I noticed how clean and organized everything was. Ordered food from the owner who was smiling and friendly. The sweet lady in the back, Mila was making our sandwiches and the owner was vaccuming up crumbs from the people who were there right before us. He apologized for the sound of the vacuum which wasn't loud at all. Just a very personable guy. My boyfriend and I sat down to eat and the wonderful lady from the back brought us over our sandwiches with the biggest smile on my face which totally warmed my heart. She was just so lovely. I told her how lovely she is and how she made my day with her smile. Thanked her and the owner for the delicious sandwich and got talking for a couple minutes. The owner is just such a humble, kind, generous guy.

Hands down the best service and some of the tastiest food I have ever had. I can't say enough good things about this place and the two wonderful people who were there.

This was by far the best chevapi I’ve had. Be sure to try this place out!!! I showed up late on a Saturday to pick up some chevapi to throw on the grill for a nice bbq with a friend before the champions league final and the gentleman at the front (unfortunately didn’t get his name) was very helpful. He informed me that they were running low but still found a way to accommodate me and make me feel very welcomed. I’m extremely grateful for the service and the food definitely did not dissapoint! It’s not every day you get that kind of service anymore and I’ll gladly be supporting this business in the future. 5 stars across...
