The man who said check your orders is right! But should we have to?! Went through drive thru last night around 9:40pm and ordered 2 bacon and egg mcmuffin combos with hashbrown and decaf coffee, a quarter pounder meal and a mcdouble. After getting my order the French fries were already just warm. My parents house is a 2 minute WALK and a 15 SECOND drive from the drive thru to their driveway. I grabbed my mother's coffee to give to her and it was cold to the touch. My coffee was not hot but warm. We both ordered decaf with double cream but my mother got a sugar so I couldn't give her my coffee. She said she'd have to microwave, I gave her her mcmuffin combo and drove home. When I got home which is a five minute drive from the restaurant, the hashbrown was rock hard and cold and my husband's burger was cold and now the French fries were really cold. The mcmuffin was hot though (as food you pay for should be). When I spoke to my mother this morning and I apologized about the cold coffee she said after she bit into the hashbrown it was so cold that she got angry and walked over to the restaurant in a huff. My mother asked for a manager to which they said there wasn't one available. They offered money back but my mother just asked to get hot food. Meanwhile at my house I couldn't eat/stomach my rock hard hashbrown and had to throw it out. I had to microwave my coffee and my husband ate but did not enjoy his cold meal. The thing that angers me the most, aside from the cold food, lying about a manager being on site, no receipt in bag (so that I had the info to complain to head office), was the fact that I'm pretty sure they gave me a regular coffee instead of a decaf! Which kept me up until 3:30am! It makes sense because my mother and I both ordered double creams but her coffee was cold and mine was warm. So what I think they did was instead of making a fresh pot of decaf, they poured the last cup of cold decaf which was my mom's and simply poured me a regular coffee. That's why two coffees that were supposed to be the same were two different temperatures. Why would you do that to somebody?!?!?! That's terrible! They don't care how you affect other people at all and all they had to do was brew a fresh pot....I would have waited! No issues! This restaurant is notorious for giving the wrong food and serving everything cold. I try to avoid this location but because it's so close to my parents house I do use it unfortunately....
   Read moreI recently had an extremely disappointing experience at the McDonald's drive-through on Main Street, and I feel compelled to share my frustration.
To start, the drive-through line was absurdly long, and despite there being only a few cars ahead of me, I ended up waiting nearly 25 minutes just to place my order. The whole process was incredibly slow and inefficient. When I finally reached the speaker, the staff seemed rushed and uninterested, making me repeat my order multiple times.
When I finally received my food, the disappointment continued. My fries were cold, limp, and tasted as if they had been sitting out for hours. My burger was a mess â the bun was squashed, the patty was dry, and the toppings were carelessly thrown together, making it look and taste unappetizing. To make matters worse, my drink was flat and tasted off.
The condition of the packaging was also a problem. The bag was greasy and poorly sealed, causing some of the contents to spill into my car. This level of carelessness is unacceptable, especially when youâre grabbing a quick meal on the go.
What was most disappointing was the complete lack of care from the staff. No one apologized for the long wait or the poor quality of the food. It felt as though customers were more of a nuisance than a priority.
Overall, my drive-through visit to this McDonald's was one of the worst fast-food experiences I've had in recent memory. The poor service, terrible food quality, and lack of attention to detail are unacceptable. I strongly advise others to avoid this location until significant improvements are made. I certainly won't be returning...

I've been getting really lousy food for the last 4 visits. Fries are never fresh. The fries are either old, over salted, or cold. Nuggets were cold 3 different visits.

Audra is the friendliest cashier! Speed of service was fantastic. The quality of the food was great.
Update Dec. 9, 2021: Food was hot and fresh today at 7:42pm. Drive thru staff at both windows were pleasant. Thank you.

I've been coming here quite a bit since the summer. Food has rarely been hot and fresh these last couple of months. Ordered a 10 piece nugget combo, and the nuggets were tough, dry, and barely warm. The burgers have been cold for the majority of my visits. Fries on occasion have been okay. It's McDonald's, so I give it a chance. Also received an unnecessary attitude from Kylie. There's no need to be rude and don't correct your paying customers because you're not a good listener. Give people a chance to speak. Don't talk over your customers, and don't cut them off when they speak.

Drive thru was a mess. The other lane, 3 orders were taken, the person taking my order kept me waiting and asked what was going on. I was ignored. When i reached the window, after I had paid, the cashier said nothing and just closed the window on me. When I went to the second window, I said thank you twice to the girl passing me my drink and bag of food, avoided eye contact, and said nothing. They're really lacking in customer service.
