If I could give 0 stars, I would. Firstly, as soon as I pulled in, the owner comes out and asked if I’m there for Sana Grill or any of the other shops in the plaza, which okay I get you want to make sure your customers are parking in your ‘customer parking lot’ only, but he was very condescending about it. Secondly, the owner who made our food did not care at all about how he made it. He asked me if I wanted white sauce and hot sauce, I told him yes. He only put the white sauce on, and before he put the lid on I asked him to put the hot sauce on because he didn’t, I didn’t ask for extra or a lot, but he literally used up the whole bottle and squirted it on the poutine in a straight downward position (not in a squiggly way it should have been), and he drowned the whole poutine in sauce, and tried to blame ME for it and said I ordered soup? Are you freaking kidding me? Not only that, but after I ordered, I asked a simple question of if there is gravy in the chicken poutine because I know that some places do not include gravy in their chicken poutines, and he was completely patronizing about it, but HE thought he was being hilarious 🙄. I would never come back to this location, the food, the service, and everything else was absolute garbage. The owner needs to learn how to treat customers and learn how to make good food! 👎🏽 The only time I come back into this plaza is for Maria’s Tortas next door, which has amazing Mexican food,...
Read moreHorrible experience. The owner is rude and arrogant and it's clear from the responses he gives that he is not professional. Parking is all blocked off and when I tried to find a spot he came out swinging his hips and tapping his feet while clapping his hands. I literally thought this was a musical and was keen to join in. I must admit though he has the cutest little arms and a very smooth belly. I rekon he's pushing 5 months pregnant. I can still picture those tiny arms - reminded me of a T Rex. I tried ordering inside and he was farting from left to right and burping like crazy! The farts were definitely musty. The food was also horrible. As a 23 year old mouse I come to this restaurant expecting fresh food but it's all leftovers. The owner doesn't speak English well and it was clear. He smelled and he was a old man. I think health canada should definitely consider a investigation into the white sauce because it is absolutely clear this man is experiencing cognitive delay and a tendency to dance at any minute. Nasty comments and poor English coming below...
