UPDATE .........Original post: Last night was our first time at Pizza Inferno and I must say we were impressed with everything! The place is nice and clean (lots of space to dine in), the service was friendly and prompt, and our food was great! We ordered a basic LG pep pizza but it was delicious nonetheless. The ranch and garlic dip are out of this world. Thanks so much!!😄
UPDATE : NEVER write a food review until you've been there at least 3 times!! I ordered a lrg 3 topping pizza by phone for delivery around 9:30? I believe? (Near closing so it couldn't have been too busy). He said it would be 40 minutes. Which is great...I had no problem with that. Usually it's sooner (especially living 2 minutes away)but I honestly had no problem. Where the confusion comes in is why it was not cooked. What was being done in those 40 minutes? I called back the second I saw it and no answer (they were closed). I called back again the next day and left a message for the manager to contact me-which he did however I missed the call. When I called back the same day the same man who initially sent me the undercooked pizza, picked up. I recognized his voice. I explained the situation to him as though I didn't know it was the same man. He rudely replied "I was the one who made the pizza and I didn't see anything wrong with it." I was never rude or pretentious so I don't understand why I needed that kind of reaction but I calmly told him he was mistaken and I have pictures to prove it. He offered to re make the pizza however I was out of town. I never got an apology or an offer for my money back. I never heard back from the manager/owner either. I don't feel comfortable calling back again and I don't really feel I shouldn't have to so here I am writing the review instead. Here are the pictures of my under cooked pizza. This took 40 minutes to make. It doesn't take a genius to figure out the temperature was cranked resulting in the top crust burning....however was still doey inside with the feta cheese still in hard chunks! Read moreHours aren’t the same in store as they are online. Twice I tried to order online and store was closed even though there hours online said open. First time the order wasn’t accepted so I just figured lunch hour was probably busy, and stopped in. As I pulled up the staff was just exiting their car and entering the store. I gave the benefit of the doubt just assumed maybe something had happened and they were late with reason. Today I ordered again online this time the order was accepted. So I waited about 25 mins and kept checking to see that my order never said finished. I tried to cancel my order online but it said that workers were already preparing it. I was unable to cancel. So I drove by the store and what do you know, closed. Why was my order accepted and I was unable to cancel the order when the business isn’t even open? Called the store multiple times until they answered and they said they would cancel the order. I Asked them to update their hours online and they blamed it on it being a third party… I would like to say I only find myself having these issues with the man that works there. Read moreMe and friends would eat here all the time. The pizza is pretty good when it's made fresh. They don't keep many options in the case during the day, only pepperoni or cheese, mostly, but the good thing is that they will put any toppings on there for you if you ask. The lady who works there is always very friendly and helpful. The negatives I have are that the owner is not very friendly and every time I feel he makes the pizza, the toppings are lacking and the pizza feels thrown together. In the summer they keep the door open so a lot of flies and bees get in, theyll have wasps in the pizza display case landing on the pizza, but my most recent complaint is that I got food poisoning there twice from expired garlic sauce recently. My friend got the same thing once. This was all within around 3 weeks of each other. The most recent time about two weeks ago. I know it was from that cause I had the same experience a couple of weeks before after eating the same thing, and I did not have anything else to eat after. It starts to make me wonder if that was expired, what else would be expired? Due to this fear I have now, I won't be eating here anymore, unfortunately.
