Subway — Restaurant in Hamilton

Tonight 2023/10/29 around 7 PM I tried to buy a kids menu - a subway sandwich price 5.55+tax. The lady took a foot bread (regular), she cut off in the half and after she cut off the corner (don't know why she took it off and put in the garbage that part, people are paying that parts as well). She added cheder cheese, 2 slice of tomato, 2 leaves of spinach, 2 slice of cucumber, and a pitch of cheese. The pitch of cheese was considered extra cheese (like a small tea spoon). So NO ham, NO bacon, nothing else, as should be into a regular sandwich for same price, i repeat my self 5.55+tax. My son didn't want and my wife asked it's okay if she can add extra cheese replacing the ham, or the bacon. So the price of the small sandwich (less of the 6 inch because the lady put into the garbage the corner of the bread) became surprising, after tax $9.88 from $6.27. Magic. So just beware with the extra cheese here cost a lot :)). I asked why is $9.88 after tax, should be 5.55+ tax ($6.27). She said for the extra cheese. So ladies and gens I can not recommend this SUBWAY place. Of course we decided to not buy anything at the end... and guys its not about the money here,... its about a principle. The way how some people are trying to make money. You can not post a price and demanding a different price at the end - its not good for...

My daughters been throwing up all night! Wonder if it has anything to do with the mold on the sub?

The owner is oblivious and not taking any accountability. Tried calling the store multiple times yesterday and no answer.

Ordered sub today from location on Highway 8. Bread was full of mold! Had to drive back and they wouldn’t do anything about it! Never again, thinking about notifying public health. Left message with the store no call back either! Terrible people, should be ashamed!

Why would my daughter and her boyfriend drive back all the way from where we live after eating half a sub? You took advantage of young kids and accused them of lying which is terrible. You have to remember that kids have parents who will stick up for them. Yes! You should’ve returned the money and give them a replacement sub! That’s the least you could’ve done to take care of the concern right on the spot. My kids came home feeling like they did something...

Ordered 3 veggie footlongs on the app. Walked in told SURAJ what I ordered. He proceeded to make the sub with all the toppings I want and HOW MUCH of each topping I wanted. You can specify on the app for more/less. My previous past maybe 10 experiences at this location I would have to order online then walk in right away and watch to make sure the workers made my toppings as specified because they NEVER DID. Specify more lettuce they’d somehow give u less.. Didn’t need to do so with SURAJ. He made sure my mobile order was prepared excellently. Your location should give SURAJ a raise.
