Omg!!! This was the BEST PIZZA!

We ordered from here for the first time and we were not disappointed. Did the order online and scheduled it for exactly 8:45pm on a Sunday night. Our food arrived on time, hot and delicious.

We got two, 10" pies. One was the spicy perogie and the other was the chicken supreme (the one with pineapple). I want to apologise for the picture of just the box but when this food arrived we devoured it before we even thought of snapping a photo. It was a thing of beauty.

My husband and I are food lovers and for the most part we can cook better for ourselves than any restaurant offerings, regardless of price or status. Pizza, however, is a different story.

Can I just say that it's been a hot minute since we've had good pizza. It's hard to find! The city is littered with average and below average pizza joints. Everyone can relate. You order a pie, you pay a LOT, and when it shows up you wonder what all the anticipation was for. Always a let down.

When I ordered from Red Swan I had been looking for a place above average that delivered. I read reviews, I looked at their menu and of course I checked to see if they had the option to deliver. Nobody was cutting it except for Red Swan. I made the order and I kept my expectations at bay, knowing there was a very good chance it would suck. How wrong was I!?

I decided to try this pizzeria based on a recommendation from a friend, who mentioned their thin crust. Being a fan of classic Italian pizza with thin, crispy dough, I was intrigued. However, as it turns out, this wasn’t exactly what I expected. The crust was tasty, but it leaned more towards a rich, brioche-like texture rather than the traditional thin Italian style.

Since it was my first visit, I asked the staff for their most popular pizza, and the server recommended the Supreme. While I can’t speak to its popularity, I personally didn’t enjoy it. It also felt like the suggestion might have been driven by the fact that it was one of the pricier options on the menu. On the bright side, they replaced the cheese with a vegan alternative for both pizzas at no extra charge, which was a nice touch.

The atmosphere of the place felt like a standard fast-food joint, not particularly inviting or memorable. I ordered the pizzas to-go, and while the flavors were decent, the unusual dough left me uncertain about whether I liked it or not.

Overall, I wouldn’t say it’s a bad place, but it’s not for me. If you enjoy pizzas with softer, more bread-like dough, you might enjoy it. Personally, I’ll keep looking for a more classic Italian...

Owner changed Quality changed Prices inflated

Ordered my regular pizza from them We love sesame crust - but the amount of sesame seeds was too low than it was used to.

Overcharged for the pizza - almost always it was $60 for 2 large pizzas and 10-12 dipping sauce and it never went over $75 anytime we ordered, yesterday we paid over $90

I know there is inflation here but this shouldn't be the price for it.

Amount of topping and cheese was also lower than what it was.

I think the new management is cost cutting on the things where they should not 🚫

I don't mind the price at all here but the quality and the flavours were changed from what it used to They forgot to put a topping that we are not complaining here which in face was kind of a crown jewel for us (Me and my friends)

Red Swan was our go to pizza even when its almost 20 mins drive oneway but we ordered it, because we loved it but not anymore I guess,

On the phone there was someone new, asked if the owner was there came to know it changed, he was very polite and friendly
