Toronto Pho is a Vietnamese restaurant located in Hamilton that offers generous serving sizes for it’s price ranges. While the portions are certainly a positive aspect of the restaurant, it is unfortunate to that the taste may be lacking. It’s a little bland for my liking. We ordered the spring rolls, vermicelli noodles and pad Thai. As a person came from Toronto and have tried multiple Vietnamese restaurants the spring rolls and the vermicelli sauce is definitely lacking. However, it is important to note that taste is subjective, and what one person finds bland, another may find flavourful but not for me and my partner. It may be worth trying other dishes on the menu, or requesting additional seasoning or spices to enhance the flavor of the vermicelli’s and spring rolls. But I don’t see myself or my parents going back to this places. Overall, Toronto Pho in Hamilton seems to offer good value for money in terms of portion size, but the taste may leave something to be desired.

I eat Pho quite regularly, for it it was something of a a bit of a comfort that was left over from university. I have tried a few dishes at the Toronto Pho for me what makes Pho good that its good value for the price. Eating here a few times I get a sense of when its good and when there is a bit of opportunities. For example, I remember eating here with my friend and having the noodles stuck to the bottom of the bowl. I know this was not big deal but it is not a good ascetic when you are actual noodles are stuck to the bottom of the bowl. For this reason I actually prefer to get the Pho for take out, as everything is separated into portions, and you get to manage the over quality of the presentation yourself. I highly recommend this place for take out, but having it at the restaurant is not much of an experience. It's nice for a stop in but the restaurant for sitting in is not to special. Very good fresh rolls. The price for Pho for me is a bit over priced

Hello Ken, I’ve been a loyal customer at your restaurant for a while, but my recent visit on Wednesday at 9 PM left me disappointed. I noticed a sign behind the counter advertising *"Buy 1, Get the 2nd Same Item at 50% Off."* Since I was ordering pho for myself, I wanted to get another one to take home for my son. However, the employee informed me that the deal only applied to two specific dishes (Pad Thai or Spicy Vermicelli Soup) pictured on the sign—not the entire menu. This felt misleading because the promotion didn’t clearly state its restrictions upfront. As a frequent customer, I believe transparency in advertising is important to avoid confusion and ensure a positive experience. I hope you can either clarify the terms on the sign or consider expanding the offer to more menu items. I’ve always enjoyed the food here, but this incident was frustrating. Hopefully, this feedback helps improve future customer experiences.

If you look at my history of reviews, I barely leave 1 star reviews. This place deserves a 1 star review and I say this respectfully. Let me tell you why. I went for the first time last night (Friday, April 7th, 2023). Im very big on hygiene and As soon as I walked in I noticed every single table was not cleaned from previous customers. I was directed to my table and noticed the cushion to sit on was greasy and dirty, I had to ask the employee to clean it before I sat down. Not a good way to start. I’m sitting there for about 15 minutes waiting for a menu only to realize that the menu was through a QR code. It would have been nice to be greeted by my waiter properly when I sat down and to give me the break down of how things work there such as menu is accessible through QR code. Fast forward, I order beef broth chicken soup and also beef fresh rolls. I say this whole heartedly that the food was not great. The beef broth was pretty bland and the chicken had to many unwanted pieces that were way to chewy. The beef in the fresh roll was way to tough to bite through. The portion of the soup was pretty small for 15$ with like 7 small pieces of chicken. It was pretty pathetic if I’m being honest. This was an awful experience and I hope when I return for my second time that it will be better. I always give places a second chance that I have awful experiences at. As of right now I DO NOT recommend to my...

Not sure how this little place didn't have an entry on Zomato for so Long.

Such an unassuming place, hidden away in the little plaza, I had a great experience here.

ATMOSPHERE - Clean, modern, sleek and new, this place was empty when we arrived, which is never a good thing at lunch. But we decided to give it a try anyways. Music was quiet, and ethnic, thankfully, rather than stupid pop music they often play at restaurants. Menu is overwhelming, with way too many items.

SERVICE - We were attended to quickly, and food came promptly. Not so hard since by the time we were eating there were only a few tables here, so unsure what its like when busy. The waiter had a little trouble with english, so couldn't explain some of the menu items well, but that's never really a big deal, but he was attentive to whatever we needed.

FOOD - Fantastic! Definitely tasted like the kitchen took their time with our order. Everything came out perfect, and we were astounded at the quality of the food. Starting with Spring rolls, they were fresh, and the sauce was great. I had a chicken rice and veg dish, and it was excellent. Not over salted as is often the case, or tasting like MSG. My colleagues had Pad Thai and a Seafood Stir Fry with noodles which were very well received,

I would return in a heartbeat to try more of their...

It was okay... We moved from Toronto five years ago and I've been craving spicy seafood noodle soup like I used to get at Golden Turtle (Pho Rùa Vàng).

The good: I live deep in the rural areas south of Hamilton. I asked them to package the food for a long drive and they did wonderfully. Everything was still hot and did not need re-heating when I got home. I really enjoyed that they provided environmentally friendly cutlery. I was also tickled that they put the noodles and seafood in a bowl I could use and didn't have to use what my family call's mommy's Pho bowl.

The okay: The soup was okay. The broth was bland. Although I had asked them to make it spicy they did not make it spicy. They did give me a small container of dried chili flakes in oil on the side. I should have dumped the whole thing in immediately, but I kept adding a bit, taste testing, a bit more...

The not so good: The seafood was pretty minimal compared to other places I've tried both in Hamilton and previously in Toronto. I did not get my little bag of bean sprouts and basil and lime. There were some beansprouts included with the seafood but not as many as usual. I really missed the basil. I also missed the little container of hosin sauce that usually...
