The Cellar — Restaurant in Hamilton

Really upset with this place today. Got served undercooked wings. The manager said it was bone marrow when we saw other wings they were also pink. I have worked as a manager at a restaurant and i have an understanding of how chicken looks when it is cooked. Not only did they make me pay for it, but the waitress also said she couldnt do anything but throw the wings out for me. Food is meh way too expensive and honestly lacks anything special. I was introduced and asked what they have for drinks and the server said they could do 'any mixed drinks' which as a bartender I sort of rolled my eyes and said are you sure? So I suggested one she said probably not and then I asked for a mojito which idk how you don't have that. It's lime, soda water, mint and white rum. Waited for about 15 mins before she could get a chance to tell me that. So I'm going to be...

Id give 0 starts if I could. Waited 15 min didn't even get menus. Finally went up to the bar to ask how the service worked & they said they'd come to the table with menus. Got the menus and proceeded to wait for another 10 min. Other big tables were coming & getting prioritized so we left. Shouldn't have had to wait 20+ min for attention, and apparently its like this...
