I just waited about 45 minutes in the Tim Hortons lineup at the College (maybe 20 people and had 3 staff working) and when I got to order, the lady didn't even look at me, no smile and was VERY unpleasant. I had ordered a Cheese Bagel with cream cheese and bacon on it with a Small Vanilla Iced Coffee. The casher looked at me and asked me " Don't you see the lineup? Can't you order something less complicated?" Never have I ever received such horrible customer service. I used to work in Fast Food and understand it can be busy at times but with 3 staff members working and a lineup with now less than 20 people NO ONE deserves to be spoken to like that, especially a PAYING customer. Unfortunately I can't give this location 5 stars due to their manager Sherri. I have witnessed and experienced too many times her being rude to her paying customers and team. She is very quick to take a tone and loses patience fast. It's unfortunate because as a manager she should be leading the team and setting a better example. I think she can learn a lot from her...

I gave the Cashier $20 for the $2 purchase. She asked if I had a small denomination because she didn’t have change. Fortunately, I saw $2 coins in my pursue and I gave it her forgetting to collect my $20. I didn’t realize this until I go back to Burlington and wanted to buy food.
