I cannot stress enough how bad of an experience I have going to this Wendy’s not all staff it’s one in particular that makes me just not wanna go there anymore because of her bad attitude and lack of customer service!! Basically what happened was I ordered a number seven no pickles or tomato cheese fries and made it very clear on the microphone before ordering when I get to the window she barely opened up the window gives me the terminal to pay with attitude hands me food without saying have a good day or anything just pure attitude and of course I couldn’t get her name because she wouldn’t open the window fully but her description is white ethnicity black hair always in a bun with black glasses! Beware when countering her she does not offer good customer service, and always has a bad attitude so what happened was is when I got my food it was all wrong pickles on my chicken burger which I am allergic to so I couldn’t even eat the burger so now I’m wasting money in the fries were chilli cheese fries when I specifically asked for cheese fries and made that clear to her before going to the window I’m also on a lunch break so I don’t have time to go there multiple times to get a new item because they kept on messing up and when I first brought the attention to the chilli cheese fries she made it seem like I was the problem even though her attitude was discussing about it No sorry or apologies just pure attitude. So I thought OK it’s just my fries that are problem. I didn’t look at the chicken burger until I got back to my workplace, but my lunch was already done so I couldn’t replace that all I’m saying is her attitude and dealing with customer is a problem and it doesn’t look good for Wendy’s especially if she’s working drive-through dealing with customers and this isn’t the first time that this is happened so now I’m getting very fed up because her boss needs to do something about this very...
Read moreI was just at this location. While there, I decided to use the drive through. I had ordered an egg, and sausage on an English muffin double toasted, with a decaffeinated coffee with 2 sugars, and 1 cream. The staff had told me that they do not have decaffeinated coffee. He then went on to insult my intelligence, by asking me if I was wanting Tim Hortons coffee. I said "no! I would like Wendy's." He further wasted my time, going through my order, not once but two times. When I finally got to pay for my order, the lady at the window was very short. Thankfully, I checked my order, as the double toasted english muffin, was more like microwave warmed bread. And to make matters worse, the english muffin was broken. I told the lady that there is no way that this was double toasted. She also tested my intelligence by telling me that she had double toasted it herself, and that english muffins are softer, and can not be toasted like others. I then told her to triple toast it then. She replied, "fine, I'll toast it like 6 times." I told her to do what she needed to do. She came back with a slightly toasted english muffin, and asked if this was toasted enough for me. With a look of "not", she then sarcastically grabbed the muffin back, and said, "fine, I'll toast it like 6 more times". She then came back with my order in the bag. Now when I had looked at the muffin, it still wasn't toasted. And to boot, there was no sauce on the muffin, and there was no sugars in my coffee.

Read moreI ordered a single cheese hamburger with extra tomatoes. Got the sandwich and drove off. Now in my car, I checked the sandwich for the extra tomatoes-no tomatoes. Returned the sandwich to Wendy’s where it was purchased-gave it to the manager. He looks at the sandwich, and asked whets wrong with it. Explained this not the Wendy's standard-its sloppy, messy, plus no tomatoes. The order was a single cheese with extra tomatoes what I got is not what was ordered. Another sandwich was made, I took the sandwich left the store, checked new the sandwich, and no tomato. This is now the second sandwich, back in the store, same manager, his asking the say stupid question, what's wrong with the sandwich, gave him the sandwich, his reply “this is not the sandwich I gave you" but since he neither checked or made the sandwich not entirely sure if even knew what was in the sandwich. He was accusing me of lying and stealing. Since it was my third time to this store and sandwich, and being accused, too many kids in the line so let that slide-not forgotten?
