What horrible customer service. I went in to print something, and I didn't like the way it came out. There was an ink spot, and I asked the owner Jeff to reprint. He refused and was so rude to me saying that it wasn't a big deal. He wanted to charge me for a reprint. At $4 for 1 page, the customer should be happy with the final product. I went to the UPS location on Upper James and they were fantastic. The owner there was so helpful, and he made sure I was happy with the final product. Jeff needs to learn some customer service skills from that owner. Also, Jeff was packing a box and asked the customer in front of me to grab a bag for him off the shelf 2 times! I thought this was so unprofessional. Clearly he can't do his own job.
To respond back to the owner: First of all I'm a she not a he. Get the facts straight because I certainly have the facts straight. My post is not misleading. You are actually the one misleading. Special job?? All you had to do was print. I stated the facts. 1. I noticed an ink blot on my page as soon as I stepped out of the store. It wasn't 10 minutes later, it was seconds later. I can see why it felt like 10 minutes because you are extremely slow serving customers, and I had to wait in line again. 2. I didn't accuse you of anything other than your printer left an ink blot on my page. 3. I asked you to reprint. That is a reasonable request. It doesn't matter that you thought it wasn't a big deal. It's my final product, and only my opinion matters in that regard. The other UPS location was able to accomplish this task. It's really not that hard. Reached their customer service multiple times the same day but can't get a reliable update since they only told you what's in the app. Called the store before closing only to be told that the package was mishandled. For this reason, I have to stay an additional night to wait for another package to get me through a flight the next day. If we didn't make an effort to track the original package nobody would've contacted us. Also emailed the store for explanation but got no reply.
