Here is why we won't be back. It's not the product. Your ice cream is amazing. Its how you run your store. It was busy. Like.. line out the door kind of busy. And you have delivery drivers pushing past people. Obviously, they are in a hurry. Duh, its melting Ice cream.
So, stop. Not only is it a danger to those in the parking lot. (You know how small and dangerous the lot ALREADY is), it puts stress on the whole plaza. Their is already a plethora of people bringing in kids from sports games. We have bad drivers rushing to get an expiring product delivered as fast as possible. You're setting up potential for a problem.
Secondly. The store is so busy, and swamped, that when a man walked in and demanded he was next, and was overly intimidating to my gf who has already been waiting patiently in line. She told me, your staff, stayed silent!! Didn't explain to him that their is a line, and hell have to wait.
Sure they don't wan't an argument just like she didn't. But if you can't keep control of the service of your customers. And anyone who is a bully can just walk in and demand service, you're allowing this problem to exsists.
Solution. Get a numbering ticket system. Please take a number, and well serve you when your number comes up. Everyone will at least feel like they are being treated fairly. And people can relax and give space, rather than shoulder to shoulder.
Because you are not managing the traffic properly. And you're creating the enviroment for there to be a problem. In a store that has less than 80sqft for the customers.
We will not be back. You should do better.
Great ice cream tho. For real....
Read moreThe teenagers working all run to the back as soon as they see someone approach the door. Finally, a young kid comes to the front till and proceeds to stand there with his neck hunched down over his cellphone. I politely stood there for at least 1.5 minutes, waiting for him to be finished playing on his cellphone. He would not acknowledge me or take my order until he was done on his phone. I won't be back to this location again as it is evident that it is common practice here to hire incompetent kids/teenagers with no respect for customers or themselves. NO hand hygiene, just touching their dirty cellphones and then immediately making your order. Pretty disgusting that this is what the world has come to- ignorant/dumb teenagers who cannot even function or work a simple ice cream store job. Every single one of them was on their cellphone and doing anything but working. Blizzards were not blended properly, very...
Read moreTheir blizzards taste delicious, best in the business. However, it takes a gazillion years to get your order. I order it from Uber Eats and it's 10 minutes away. Never once in my life have I ever received a blizzard that wasn't melted by the time it gets to delivered. Yes, this is partially Uber Eats fault (why do they let drivers do double stops when delivering ice cream?? they will be hearing from me too!!!) but Dairy Queen easily takes 20-30 minutes to even MAKE ur order, let alone the time it takes to get it delivered. Dairy Queen, what's going on that it takes that long to make a blizzard? I always order for the splendid blizzards.... but im always left sad when an hour has passed and I still haven't gotten my blizzard and when I do...
