We had noticed this restaurant on a previous visit to Hawkesbury. It looked promising. So we drove from Montreal to try it. We had the Green (3 peppers) and Panang (2 peppers) curries. We asked the waitress about the pepper ratings. She said 3 peppers was very hot and 2 was hot. Neither one turned out to be even one pepper. The food was ok but not Thai the way we like it. Upon leaving and questioning the pepper ratings, we were told that you have to request hot. But, that’s too late. Food should be delivered the way it’s advertised on the menu. Otherwise, what’s the point. Another Thai restaurant disappointment. I had cleared my plate and the waitress came over and said Done? and took my plate. Have never heard that before. We won’t be going back. The very loud American woman sitting at the next table provided entertainment. She was obviously taught how to project but not how to moderate her voice in a restaurant.
Following the offer of complimentary meals. Thank you very much. But, what you need to do is change your menu to accurately reflect what you deliver on the plate or educate your waitresses when customers request the hot plates. We live 70km away. It is unlikely we will return to your restaurant. Future customers need to be made aware of the situation. But I wish your restaurant good luck. It is a...

Read moreWOW, what a wonderful dining experience! The food was fresh and so flavourful. We ordered the app platter with two kinds of spring rolls and chicken satay. The rolls were hot, fresh tasting and perfectly crispy. Mmmmmm! The satay was hot and fresh and delicately tender and the peanut dipping sauce was the perfect accompaniment. Next we had the pad Thai omelet. The eggs were fluffy and ever so slightly brown and the beautiful pad Thai was tucked inside. Next was a lovely eggplant dish which had the most delicious bean flavoured sauce. Finally, we had a sublime, full flavoured cashew nut chicken dish.....OMG! This exquisite meal was served to us by the owner of the establishment. He is a very nice, interesting fellow who answered our questions and provided excellent service which pushed this culinary experience over the top for us! We can't...
