Me and my friend ordered food off there app ,made a slight mistake in our address. We called to see where our food was (spent a very long time on hold) , we told him our mistake he said the driver delivered the food and to get our food ourselves (was very rude about it aswell). We asked to get our refund as we already payed and the food was not delivered. He said we put in the wrong address and the driver was already out then put us on hold after we told him the correct address. Again we informed this to him and he replied “ well it’s not my drivers fault man”. And that his driver was already out. When we went next door (the address we put in) the pizza was obviously not there. On the phone he did not even attempt to understand our mistake. Read moreI’m not from the area and got this to go. I ate half of it when my stomach started turning. The bacon in my food was not cooked at all and half were hard chunks of fat not bacon slices. My stomach reacts very fast to food with bacteria in it and now I’m just hoping the side I ate didn’t have as much bacon in it as the second half I inspected.
I called to let them know and I’m not happy about this at all. They offered me a new one. Being 45 minutes away and not trusting their ability to know bacon doesn’t cook inside dough like that obviously I said no. They then offered me $5 as a refund. Keep in mind the cost of this was $11.
When you make a mistake like uncooked meat sent to your customers you should really have damage control set in place and some compassion. $5 refund is insulting and I’m sure corporate will agree especially if this turns into salmonella...

Original Review: I ordered an x-large one topping pizza as a walk in special. The special is supposed to be $10.49 but they charged me for an x-large 2 topping special at $12.99 I told them that they got it wrong and wanted to be reimbursed and charge for what I ordered. He refused explaining to me that why I got is the walking in special. So, I went out and got my phone and showed him how much I would have been charged if I ordered it online with tax and everything. He still refused to reimburse me and continued to explain to me that I was wrong. It's not alot of money I know it's just the principal and I feel swindled. Will never ever ever come back here!
