Coming back from the movies…out of town , I had put an order online for 2 pizzas. I ordered the special buy one get one for 1$…(fajitas pizza and peperroni for the second one).unfortunately i had paid for extra green peppers (2$ extra) on my first pizza which was chicken fajitas…it was missing the red onions and red peppers?!?? So I paid 25$ for a medium pizza that only had green peppers and chicken on it..Once home I wasn’t going back to the hut!!! I had specifically put a time to pick it up as we were on the road It was ready on time, both our pizzas were very soft and looked like they were in their oven like reheater for at least 30 min….the crust was soggy on both pizzas. and of course one was missing 2 ingredients….nevertheless to say….when i got to the hut…no one was to be found….for at least 2 min…All the staff was in the back…CHILLING ?!? no one was to be found…I got worried wondering if my order got in…sorry but this is not acceptable !! Never again will I waste my precious money on such poor service! 🤨….and the person who finally came to the front had the audacity to tell me to fill the survey online as I could get a free pizza!! Read moreFor the second time in a month they lost my order while I was waiting for it for take out. I watched my name in their screen as the time counted down and then all of a sudden my name was gone and they had no clue what happened. When I asked the staff what happened to my name, I was told that they didn't know and that I would be put to the back of the ordering line after having already spent 50 minutes waiting. I asked them to just fit my order in next since I had already waited nearly an hour and they would not do that. I asked for my money and I was told they didn't know how to refund me. When I asked what their solution was the guy making pizzas got mad and asked what the problem was and when I went over it again and asked for my food to be made he got upset and began to argue with me. He then opened the cash register and took out the money to refund my order. He put the money on the counter and in a very condescending way said "have a nice day" to simply dismiss me without any attempt to resolve the issue or an apology. Terrible customer service...
Read moreWe've gone a few times since they've opened without any concerns. Always order through the app and pickup in store. This time wasn't a good experience. When I arrived the order wasn't ready yet (said 3 mins ETA on the board), so I paid and waited. 15 mins later my name disappears off the board, so I go up to the cash to ask about it. Waited for a few minutes while two of the staff stood with their back to me and flirted with each other, not looking around. Two more customers entered the store and stood behind me, waiting to order, during the time. Turns out my food was ready and sitting in the warmer for who knows how long.
