Burger King — Restaurant in Ingersoll

There is NO soap dispenser in the family or women's bathrooms. Hello health code violation. They certainly have the required signage that staff must wash their hands before returning to work, but wash with what? And if you wanna say they're washing their hands in a sink behind the counter, first of all gross, and secondly, why post the signage? What other violations are they guilty of?? Cue health inspector please.

*Edit: Thank you for responding to my concern. While you are addressing the missing soap dispensers, please also address the placement of the hand dryer in the women's bathroom. It is located directly over the garbage disposal. Using this dryer comes with the risk of recontamination from warm air blowing directly on to used diapers and feminine hygiene products. This placement will cause particles of fecal matter to be blown directly on to the users freshly washed and still wet hands, as well as into the air and could potentially lead to...

This Burger King is insanely slow. Went through the drive-thru, only one person ahead of us and no one inside. It took them 12 minutes just to take our order. After that, another 5 minutes to open the window so we could pay, only to be sent to the side to wait for our food. Waited 20 minutes for them to bring food out. Only one customer went inside after we were told to wait, no one went in the drive-thru. Speed was fine when they first opened, but it went downhill quickly. Now we wait 20-30 minutes every single time we come here despite there almost never being more than one or two customers. I've worked in fast food before, I know it can be hectic, but this is awful. It's a Saturday night and it looks like they only have one person working. There needs to be better scheduling and more workers. It's faster to go literally anywhere else in town. Hi, terrible afternoon shift manager. Called around to wait for BK Fish and 4 x whopper juniors. I get it, the frozen fish needs to be done and will take longer. Waited 3mins at the window, told to pull around to wait for the food. Pulled around and wait 5 mins for the food. After the 5mins went in and waited another 5mins for the food. Juniors, cold. Pulled into line again and manager said I only wanted free food and would not identify himself. Was also degrading the teenage employees while I went inside to ask about where our food was. Called out on his offside behaviour while addressing "his" employees and was a complete jerk. Will never return. Brutal management. FYI...
