241 Pizza — Restaurant in Innisfil

Worst experience of my life. Innisfil has quite a few pizza establishments to be as ignorant and disrespectful as the manager was to us tonight is disgusting. Ordered pizza by delivery their debit machine would not work my fiance even took the machine all over our yard and street for 15 minutes trying three different cards to pay for the pizza while it got cold. We were then told to go into the store ourselves to pay for the cold pizza we ordered by delivery from the manager. My fiance explained we have jobs and ordered because we do not want to come into the store and would appreciate them working out a time to send a machine for us to pay or some other type of agreement that would work for us. We were then told to never call or order from them again. I'm completely appauled at the lack of service and complete disregard this manager has for customers. In the past I have had no issues with this location but apparently recently they had a switch over of owners and they seem to be causing many problems! Placed and order for delivery online, over an hour later no delivery and they claim that they never received the order when we called them. They suggested we call the main line and they told us they see the order received on their end 65minutes ago and now the restaurant is REFUSING to send us our food since it would now be free of charge. So they’re not only difficult with customers but apparently their head office as well. Customer service with head office was wonderful but the owners of this location seem incredibly rude. So to the comment below, I feel you may have been at the wrong 241 location. The one here in innisfil is amazing, also here is the dinning area " lots of seating and very clean". I am a Hugh pizza fan and have tried many places. Including 241, and Over the years I have need too many that standards where not of the best I can agree.
