I recently had the opportunity to visit a sushi restaurant in Innisfil. While it offers a calm and casual dining experience, my overall impression is that it’s a convenient local option rather than a must-visit spot.

The atmosphere was pleasant clean, organized, and peaceful. The restaurant wasn’t very busy at the time of my visit, which contributed to a quiet and relaxed vibe. However, the low customer volume revealed an operational challenge: only one server was managing all the tables.

To her credit, the server was polite, attentive, and clearly doing her best. The customer service was commendable considering she was the only one on the floor. Still, it naturally took time to get her attention, as she was juggling multiple tasks. The waiting time wasn’t ideal, but it’s understandable and not really her fault, it points to a lack of staffing rather than a lack of effort.

The food was solid. The sushi was fresh, nicely presented, and offered at a fair price. It met expectations for this kind of establishment nothing particularly standout or inventive, but everything was enjoyable. It’s the kind of meal you’d expect from a mid-range sushi spot: reliable and satisfying, but without any remarkable or memorable highlights.

If you live in Innisfil or nearby, this place is a decent local choice, convenient, reasonably priced, and easygoing. However, if you’re thinking of driving from another city just to eat here, you might want to reconsider. There are more compelling and refined sushi experiences elsewhere if you’re looking for something special.

A good, functional local option with a calm ambiance, clean setting, and food that delivers on expectations. Service is friendly but limited by understaffing. Not a culinary destination, but a fair and comfortable choice if you’re nearby and want...

We have been visiting and ordering online food from this restaurant for the last 5+ years when it used to be called "J Sushi'. Since the name change to "In Sushi' we've noticed the quality of the food has been declining. Especially in the last several months and when the restaurant started introducing 'all you can eat'.

Our last order amounted to around $90. We ordered a couple of signature rolls, seaweed salad, marinated short beef rib teriyaki meal, beef fried udon and a couple of sushi rolls.

The marinated beef ribs (a $22 dish)were not marinated long enough, not tender as it should have been like in the past. The freshness of the sushi and fish in general was not fresh, including the rice. Seems like it wasn't made fresh or made ahead of time, maybe from the all-you can eat, not sure. The beef in the fried udon was too salty and the noodles weren't tender enough. We're also noticed avocado is not included in the seaweed salad any longer, and the amount of the salad is less. Meanwhile, prices have increased. In the last 6 months, the quality of the Korean food is not as tasty or fresh. When we called in to complain and spoke to the manager but there was no apology or promise to improve things. This restaurant has gone from a 5 start to a 2 star restaurant, unfortunately.

This is the last time we will be ordering...

Our dining experience was graced by the presence of my brother visiting from Texas, and In Sushi impeccably catered to our expectations, making our gathering incredibly memorable. The sushi was nothing short of perfection, a delightful spectacle of freshness, quality, and flavor that danced on our palates. Each piece was a celebration of taste, thoughtfully crafted, and presented with care and passion.

In Sushi’s menu is a radiant array of choices that cater to various preferences, each dish prepared with precision and a distinct touch of creativity. Their commitment to maintaining authenticity while embracing contemporary touches is a captivating aspect that enhances the dining allure.

We also embraced the convenience of their take-out service, which mirrored the dine-in excellence. The take-out was well-packaged, retaining the freshness and aesthetic appeal of the sushi, ensuring that the enchanting In Sushi experience could be relished beyond the confines of the restaurant.

In conclusion, In Sushi is not merely a dining spot; it's a destination where culinary dreams are realized, and memorable dining moments are crafted with love, care, and extraordinary skill. Our hearts and palates are filled with gratitude for the unforgettable experience, and we eagerly look forward to our next...

First time trying In Sushi! I ordered the Red Dragon Roll and the Spicy Salmon Roll: Red Dragon Roll: The rice was packed tightly which makes it easy to pick up with the chopsticks. The amount of tuna on top however was not proportional to the sushi as it was unevenly cut. The avocado seemed to be too big in comparison to the tuna. The construction of the rolls were a bit lacking. I was hoping for the tuna to have a bit of a kick as well. The tempura had a nice crunch to it and the creaminess of the avocado was a nice balance to this. Spicy Salmon Roll: The spicy salmon roll is a classic and its always my go-to order. The rolls were packed tightly which helped keep its integrity with each bite. The salmon was buttery with a delicate sweetness to it but again, I was hoping for it to be spicy. It didn’t have that kick to it. Overall, both rolls had potential and needs slight improvement in terms of technique and depth of flavours.
