Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Innisfil

I’ve been a regular customer at this Pizza Hut location for a while now, usually ordering a large veggie pizza every weekend. Most of the time, the quality is decent — but unfortunately, there have been a few instances where my order was poorly prepared. What disappointed me more than the inconsistent food was the response I received when I went in person to address the issue. The staff's attitude came off as dismissive and unprofessional, like they didn’t really care about the mistake or my feedback as a loyal customer. I don’t usually leave reviews, but I’m doing this so management is aware and hopefully takes steps to improve both the food consistency and customer service. Loyal customers shouldn’t feel like their concerns are brushed off.

I just placed an order for pick up. 2 large pizzas. They said 6 more minutes to my husband when he went In To pick it. No problem. When we went back in they gave him 3 medium pizzas. They said they were out of large dough. But one pizza was only cheese not the toppings we wanted, ordered and paid for. I explained they could have just told my husband that when he went in, but they didn’t. The lady at the register was beyond rude!!! Horrible customer service Arguing with us! Then speaking about us in her language. She was so disrespectful. We will never go back to that...

Definitely the worst Pizza Hut pizza I’ve ever had… crust was thin and the texture of cardboard (we ordered the classic puffy crust so thin and cardboard was definitely not what we wanted), and there were barely any of the extra toppings that we ordered on the slices (2 or 3 red peppers for the WHOLE pizza in one case).
