Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen — Restaurant in Innisfil

I was forced to buy the same VERY large meal TWICE because popeyeschicken.ca "lost" my online order for 30 minutes. I phoned this location 15 minutes after no confirmation and they TOLD me there was NO pending order. I re-ordered over the phone and went to pick up 30 minutes after initial "failed" order. The "failed" order went through, I was double-charged -- some crap about popeyeschicken.ca NOT being the same thing as Popeye's locations. I was visiting family and the restaurant's resolution of me coming back to Ontario and they would give me the e-ordered meal is entirely meaningless. Popeyeschicken.ca website has an annoying robot that takes 30 minutes to talk past -- then some mealy-mouthed rep assured me via e-mail I had NOT been double-charged -- in essence calling me a liar. I don't know what the hell is going on with Popeye's Canada. I deal with Popeyes in the US ALL THE TIME and they are SO helpful and willing to bend over backwards for valued customers -- and have NEVER accused me even tacitly of being a liar.

Edit today.... everyone kept saying give it another try, well today my entire order smells like fish.... everything tastes like fish and I'm sorry it's been long enough now they should know better.

Won't be back. Went there today, waited 40 min for our lunch. I ordered a 4 piece white meat Paid the extra for 4 breasts , I get out to my vehicle and open the box to find 4 Rib pieces( which I wouldn't have bothered to pay extra for since there is way less meat!) . Went I went to complain I was told they gave me " side breast" and it's still white meat because they don't have center breast. I said they should have told me that when ordering because that's rude. You don't tell a customer you have something they pay extra for and then try to sneak something different in its place. All in all this is the third time In a year I've ordered from this store and there is always something wrong or missing. DON'T GO HERE IF YOU WANT GOOD FOOD AND GOOD SERVICE, BECAUSE THIS PLACE HAS NEITHER!!! One star cant even describe how I feel towards this place. I would give this place a -10/10 if that were possible. The food was still raw, it's as if the chicken was still breathing. My fries were so cold you'd think they were still frozen. And don't get me started on the service. The manager, who was without hesitation rude to me from the beginning, declined me sauces even though I said I would pay for it. Not only was she rude to me but to other employees as well, she shoved them aside to take people's orders when they were doing just a fine job. She was constantly yelling at the employees, and rolling her eyes at me when all I was doing was telling her my order. For reference, she's short and is black/lightskin. I will never be returning to this Popeyes ever again, this place...
