Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Innisfil

Order chicken & beef toppings on a large pizza, barley got any chicken on it even though it was a more expensive topping. Fine, no problem there, it was what it is. I called the store to express my concern with the pizza and told them I'm coming back for a refund 30 mins away only to get refused the refund when I got there. Long story short, I got my refund after letting them know I would never order from this store again.

Also, it is very unsanitary for them to take back a pizza that has left the store during these pandemic times.

If anyone feels the need to order from this store in particular, make sure you check your pizza before you leave the store or the delivery person leaves your door.

I would highly suggest Papa Johns in Barrie on Yonge Street. Amazing customer service and better bang...

Worst service by far. Ordered a pizza from them and waited double the time I was told, on top of that we only got half the toppings we ordered no drinks but yet we payed for them, what we didn't pay for was the beard hairs, then they go to the wrong address where I have to walk six houses up for the driver to be arguing with me saying that's the address I gave. I been at my address for five yrs, are kidding me. Call the store and he tries telling me the same deal that I gave a wrong address. So I log back in to pizza hut and of course my address is where I live I tell this to him , give him my log in to see for himself and get back that it's not thier mistake and hung up. Will never order...

I have been ordering pizza at this location for 2 years now with not a lot to complain about, but recently noticed that I walked into the store to order a large pizza and boneless wings and was shocked to find out that is was $71.00 that was outrageous and was instantly cancelled. Giving this location a second chance I placed an order roughly 25 mins before the store was closing, the order was taken and confirmed but I received a call 10 mins later stating that the store was about to close and will not be delivering my order. So not only is the pricing getting outrageous but the customer service is severely lacking at this location. I will no longer be buying...
