A&W Canada — Restaurant in Invermere

Went in for some lunch with my family and was greeted with a very dirty establishment. Not a single table was clean with smeared ketchup and crumbs all over the tables as well as overfilling garbages. You can tell the garbages weren’t taken out as it was noon and completely full. The 3 girls behind the counter couldn’t be bothered to stop their conversation to take our order either. We finally got our food but they had messed up 2 items giving us completely different burgers than ordered. When going for a refill for a pop the server took the pop and started the fountain but then went chatting in the back with the other 2 girls. She never returned to give me my pop forcing me to go behind the counter myself to grab my drink before leaving. Ordered 3 cheddar uncle burger combos with onion rings(we are told they're out of onion rings...what the heck so we say ok to fries)and 4 apple pies. Kid behind counter taking orders coughing every which way but here. Then we wait 7 minutes and after seeing the fries and pies sitting on the counter getting cold I asked for them so we could have the lukewarm fries. Then we waited another 7-8 minutes for our burgers. 2 orders behind us had their food before we got ours. Infact one couple finished eating and left as we got our burgers. It was clearly a kitchen problem. Then we leave and as we're driving we realize every pie is peach after we ordered apple. Management should correct this because what if someone has an allergy. Went through drive-thru at this location on a weekend. We were staying for a few days in Invermere and the food was good. In that short interaction at the drive thru, while giving our order, I think we were asked at least 5 times "is that it?". Our order had 4 burgers and a poutine so it really wasn't that big for us to be rushed through. We waited a few minutes at the pick up window and were again spoken to as though they just wanted us out of their area. The order was correct but we were given a drink that we didnt order and when we gave it back and addressed our concern that the receipt stapled to the brown takeout bag was not ours, we were just told, the stuff inside is correct and again were spoken to like they were trying t rush us outta there.
