Sesame Falafel Sando was soooo delicious (best tasting falafel, arugula, sesame aioli, afjar sauce, pickled red onion on grilled potato sourdough)! The Yamwich (roasted yam, cream cheese, Monterey Jack, almond chipotle, sautĂ©ed spinach on grilled sourdough) was equally delish! The handmade seasoned chips were yummmm and so was the spicy dill pickle. Saving the bottle of Dilly sauce for my baby girl back home in Seattle đŸ„°. What an excellent, perfect takeout for trip to Banf NP!!!

The dilly food truck is an absolute must while in Invermere. The food, which is absolutely fantastic, was delivered to our table in an incredible short amount of time. My wife and I had shared Bodega Sando, which is also served with tater tots. From the first bite until the last, the sandwich was outstanding. Hot, fresh ingredients, wonderful bun. To boot, it seems to be run by a young little family, who we were happy to support during our time in town.

A place you easily pass but seriously, make sure you stop, either for breakfast or lunch. đŸ€€ Located at the street when you make your way to Invermere town, this place awaits you with delicious food, friendly staff and chill vibes. Like a beachy food truck but in the mountains - so good! The breakfast burrito was out of this world (vegetarian option), we’ll be definitely back to try other items from their menu. â˜ș

We were out doing some fishing canada day weekend and were looking for a place to feed the kids while we hung out waiting for the fireworks, the girlfriend has eaten here before and talks about it all the time so we decided to come. The experience right from ordering to leaving was amazing, the service was top notch, and even though the price is a little up there as expected from any food truck it was very much worth it. The menu is very unique and they definatley do not disappoint. They have some horseshoe and other lawn games that kept the kids occupied while we waitiled for the food they were pretty busy a few orders ahead of us when we got there but didn't wait more than 10 minutes for food. If you are looking for a good food and a good vibe I highly...

After a full day of walking me and my family happened on this place and chose it for a quick lunch. I am a pickle aficionado but my family isn’t and so after some convincing I was able to persuade them to at least try it! Thank god they did!! Everyone loved it so much we all came back a couple days later!!! The food was absolutely to die for and the service was impeccable!! I don’t know if the two people working were the owners but either way we will definitely be coming back! Thank you both! I highly recommend coming here, even if you are not a massive pickle fan- I promise the food and vibes are wonderful! I wish the Dilly food truck the best of luck...

Not not the best food in the Columbia Valley. Seriously this is THE definition of a hidden gem...a food truck actually doing next level, bonkers-good food. And not just one or two things, the entire menu be packed with vittles that go to 11!

My absolute must try items: Pork & Pickle Sandwich, Breeky Burrito, Dilly Philly Grilly, Birria Beef Dip and for dessert, the freshly made churro mini donuts FTW!

The husband/wife team running the truck are as good as it gets. Oh, they're also selling their homemade hot sauce by the bottle which is damn tasty.

PROTIP: get it go then head to the Lake Windermere down the block for a lovely picnic...
