What a disappointment...both parties ordered the honey garlic spare ribs...at $28 for just the meat , one would think you would get what was ordered. Both orders had no hint of honey garlic, it was clearly only a dry rub, and they were dry dry dry, complaining to our server brought no resolution, so we left hungry and with a bill that had no reduction of price, I rarely , rarely post a negative review , but this was absolutely not acceptable. I am still in shock that the ribs were not replaced, and that nothing was done. Most of our main meal , the ribs , at $28 each was sent back. Apologies from the server. Nothing else. Ludicrous. Food and service was excellent. We were able to get an unreserved table because we came quite early and there were only two of us, but reservations are highly recommended. We had the artic char which was prepared with a flavourful sauce and was a memorable meal. I have been here many many MANY times over the last 4-years, and each time the quality keeps slipping; arctic char constantly being WAY over cooked (steamed/boiled), during my recent visit the soup was served below room temperature, and my tepid pot of tea was not refilled, nor was I asked if I needed anything ... like some hot water.
