Craig's Bakery & Deli — Restaurant in Kamloops

Well about the only thing from this bakery that’s good anymore is the sausage rolls and the pita bread. I don’t know if u can make any worse of a sandwhich or even call it that. Had a turkey sub 8.95 came with bread mayo 2 slices of processed cheese and three thin slices of turkey and butter no veggies barely any meat drowning in mayo and butter. I say butter but it’s most likely margarine. Is that even a sub. The bread even though it’s made in house bought a loaf of sandwhich bread which is normally a thick heavy bread theirs is air bread it was awful just fell apart in sandwhich form. It became breadcrumbs was the only use I could find for it. Honestly go to Safeway their bread kills this place , their sandwhich bar is amazing and you’ll probably pay about the same and your stomach will thank you. Do Better craigs this is abismal. My nana has been talking about this Bakery for a couple years now. Raving about their baked goods & bread. I am in from Ontario visiting & thought I’d check it out for myself this morning. Brutal place. Low quality ingredients, low quality products. Not only that, but it keeps getting worse. The apple fritters have no apple in them! The cookies are really bad. The breads are the worst of any bakery in town. The subs continue with declining ingredients and the price remains the same. Clearly the owner doesn't care. I won't be back..
