Subway — Restaurant in Kamloops

My son loves Subway and it's one of the few things he does like that is healthy so I don't mind spending the money on his sandwich and they make great sandwiches at this location which is in Valleyview. The other night my son and I just finished swimming which worked up an appetite for my little guy it was 9:44 pm and the open sign was still on and they closed at 10 pm and I hate being that customer when it's almost closing time but It was for a little kids sandwich and he loves his subway sandwiches so I sent my husband in to order and we were turned down while they still have that little 15 min window to make a child's sandwich..Correct me if I am wrong but it said 10 pm closing so it was ok to enter the restaurant the open sign was still on and the door was open to the public I guess because we support this local business and have become regular customers I honestly thought they wouldn't turn us away.I go the extra few miles to not give them any more of my business because I was upset about the service and rudeness of the female working that evening not even "sorry have a great night" just...

Been going to this location for 4+ years. The last three consecutive times I've gone to this location I have received terrible service, today took the cake though when had to wait almost 10 minutes before they even started our sandwiches (one person in front of us) and the trainee doing the veggies must not have made a sandwich ever in their life....painfully slow and so stupid they had to be told how much of everything to put on piece by piece (right down to the individual shreds of lettuce!!). Then they refused my $50 cash for two foot longs and drink and cookies because they don't keep a twenty and change in the till?! I ended up walking through the snow over to a restaurant with my child in tow to exhange my cash and come back. Food was cold and soggy by the time we got to eat. Ordered on their mobile ordering on Christmas Eve. Showed up they didn’t have any bread. I get it it’s Christmas Eve. Then asked for my refund and said they can’t give me money back. I asked why they wouldn’t turn off their mobile ordering if they ran out of bread and reply was I don’t know how. Said I could come back another day for my sandwiches. That’s not the point. Now I have to go spend more money on dinner elsewhere for my kids. I wanted my money back. Sent in an email to head office got sent a generic email and nothing about giving my my refund for the food I did not receive. Ridiculous they wouldn’t give me my money back and I left with no food...
