I can't really comment on the food. As I return everything. I ordered 3 meals through drive-thru Nothing out of the ordinary. As I waited at the window I proceeded to witness an employee approach the window, talk to another staff member, wipe his nose with his fingers wipe them on the side of his shirt, put on a hair net then grab my order from the window and put it in the bag. I was shocked and didn't know what to do. I took the food left and wondered why I didn't just refuse it. I went back and asked for a refund. One of the employees approached, and I told her what had happened. She said the manager would be there shortly. The manager was this said person. How can the manager be touching his nose, wiping it on his shirt, then put on a hair net and just casually hand out food. When I told him what I saw and that I wanted a refund, he didn't dispute or try to deny anything or apologize. After several failed attempts to return my money to my card, he came back with cash and said, "God bless you." Like WOW!! some people! I wasn't rude. I didn't make a scene. Will not visit this location again. The manager needs training on food safe...
Read moreUnfortunately, I have nothing good to say about my experience here. It was busy in the drive-thru, but nonetheless, I wasn't in a rush. That didn't bother me. What bothered me was when I pulled up to order it was dead silence for a good while. To me, a quick, sorry we'll be right with you would've been better customer service than dead silence. I thought maybe there was something wrong with the communication. NO, not at all. I ordered 3 of the same combos, and all our onion rings were not even made properly. They were soggy and not even coated in anything. We literally felt like shrek and fiona eating onions like apple slices 😑😅 the young gentlemen working the floor were literally standing around just talking, and the one working drive thru didn't even know how to communicate with me. It was the most awkward and disappointing experience I have had at a drive thru. And the food sucked. I really hope it's just a one-time bad experience, but maybe y'all need to run a refresher on drive-through etiquette/customer service. It's all a learning curve for everyone...

Floors in dining area needed a good sweep Visited August 15 2023 Service was terrible, took forever for our drinks to be poured, not asked if we wanted a chilled glass. No communication from either server as to what was going on with the machines making the drinks. My server wrang up wrong $ amountamount I had paid her, the other said she didn't know math well either. Finally the other server figured it out hands me the change not counted back, nor anything verbal from her, just drops in my hand and walks away. While at the counter customers were piling up behind us. No acknowledgement from servers to let the customers know they'll be right with them. Just two servers fuddling about behind the counter, which by the way was not clean. Flies all over the place in there. We had to swat away at the counter and at our table as we were trying to eat. Floors still need a good sweep and mop. I'm very disappointed at how downhill one of old favorite places has turned...
