Buddy's Front Street Pizzeria — Restaurant in Kaslo

Upon the first glance we were not so sure what to expect from this place, judging by the window decor and logo. The reviews were great so we decided to give it a try. But oh man, the pizzas were deicioius! They also serve local craft beer from the brewery down the street. What can be better than pizza and beer on a beautiful summer day? We ordered two large pizzas for the 4 of us with half-and-half toppings (amazing feature BTW!) and we had to take a doggy bag home for breakfast, they were so massive. Popped into buddy’s for the first time driving through kaslo on a motorcycle ride. We were greeted by a super nice and funny server. The pizza was absolutely amazing and so was the beer. Prices were very affordable as well. To top it of a Local fella, Josh, was on the patio as well. Lots of great stories, experiences and encouragement shared with between Josh and us. My stomach still hurts from the laughs. 2 hours later my dad and I realized we better hit the road again. Awesome town clearly full of good people. We've eaten here a number of times over the years but the pizza we had recently was noteworthy!! Honestly, I think Buddy's has the best crust in the region. My family consumes a LOT of pizza and we all agree that hands-down Buddy's is our favourite. We live just far enough outside Kaslo that it's a treat to go out to dinner in town, but Buddy's is a top pick. Ingredients are fresh, service is friendly and reasonably quick, even when the crowd is bumping on a Saturday night, and the energy of the space is lively and happy.
