Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Kawartha Lakes

I went to the Kent St Location today around 1:30. Ordered 12 Crazy Puffs as they were featured for $12.99. Never had them before but they looked really good. I also ordered a hot and ready pepperoni. I paid for it by debit. The young girl taking my order asked if I wanted my receipt. I said no that's ok. That was my first mistake. A mother and her son from Bowmanville ordered after me, They also got the 12 Crazy Puffs and a pop. Her order came to $21 and change, She looked at her receipt and questioned the order taker. She went back and got some woman and the first thing she said was. "And what's your problem?" WOW!!! she told her then said they would give her a credit on her next purchase, she told her she was from out of town, Well there is nothing I can do about it as it was an old sale and not in the system. Again saying there is nothing she can do. So I asked for her to check my bill, sure enough I was charged the $15.99 instead of the advertised $12.99. I told her I want my money back. just a full refund and keep your food. " I will tell you what I just told her. You can have a credit for next time" And that the manager isn't here for a refund, Well there must be someone here who has keys or authorization. Well there isn't. We were both pissed at this time. How dare you talk to anyone like the way you did when it clearly was your fault. Do you or any other staff check thing out before opening. You don't keep track of specials and dates? I think the employees are quite nice and do good at the job. Even though today my lunch combo was just pinch burnt on the sides of the crust. I like my pepperoni a little over cooked anyways but others may not. As a food review it's okay. Honestly the one thing I've always liked about Little Caesars is their pepperoni pizza. It's the best thing they've ever had. I'm not even a fan of they're bacon pizzas. Of course when it comes to little Caesars you get very little of choice for toppings so if you enjoy only cheese or pepperoni and bacon that's all you're going to get from them. You have choices of how you want that pizza for example stuffed crust, pan pizza etc. Even for the basics it's decent but for little choice for toppings I can't say it's a must have. I tried to go buy pizza from this place tonight about 10 minutes to 8 pm. Key word here is tried, because this was pretty much the worst experience I've had since moving to Lindsay 5 years ago. I'm not familiar with the menu at all, so I tried asking the lady at the counter some information. She started screaming in my face. I have PTSD, so I pretty much froze.
