Whenever I get cookie dough or peanut butter cup blizzards at this location (small) it's like I'm getting nothing but soft serve ice cream. They've drastically cut the amount they put it (honestly, looks like basic soft serve). I've commented and one of the workers said "yaaa, we've had a lot of people comment on that... it's just the scoop amount though so sorry" ??? Unhh no, I know what a blizzard looks like, and you manager is probably making y'all be stingy about it so she/he gets a nice bonus at the end of the year. Absolutely terrible and overpriced for soft serve in a cup.

Read moreI get that employees want to get home, but if your hours stay open until 10:00 then you should stay open until 10:00, not 9:55. I’ve come to this DQ a few times 5-10 mins before close, and I’ve even seen line ups close to closing time. This is a busy DQ. My order would have taken 2 minutes and I would have been out before 10. Instead, I drove here trying to make it just in time, only for them to have closed early.
I understand not staying open PAST 10, but I’ve never seen this location close early like this before. Staying open 5 more minutes would have meant a trip not wasted. Good thing there’s other places nearby that stay open as advertised.
